The Fern Residency, Gandhinagar

Reception and room housekeeping was good. Few area of improvement 1. Room should have cookies and fruit - it was not available and upon request it was not provided siting midnight time check in. 2. Comb, shaving kit should be there as it was not available 3. Shoe shiner was not there 4. Food service in room took more than 45 mins overall experience was good. Reception staff was very helpful and quick.

I had a pleasant stay at the fern gandhinagar. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. However, the service was a bit slow at times, which could be improved for a more seamless experience. Overall, a comfortable stay with good hospitality. Would consider staying again!

Overall ok. During my stay, the fire alarm set off around midnight and most of the The Fern Residency, Gandhinagar guests came downstairs since the maintenance guy was nowhere to be found. Apart from the above incident, it is ok stay. I would give 3. 5 star for this property.

Excellent stay. Room is excellent- cleanliness, bed comfort, bathroom & room upholstery are of excellent standards. Restaurant food is also very delicious. Overall an exceptionally outstanding The Fern Residency, Gandhinagar.
