The Fern Residency, Jaipur

property location was very good and the food was also good but the room service was very slow I had to wait for nearly half an hour for a cup of tea many times but my main concern is the behaviour of ladies in the reception counter initially she denied the room I had booked by saying that it is subject to availability when I said that I am going to talk to Make my trip about this then she somehow managed the room which I had booked after that I talk to her about the door in the room which was not working properly she said that it will be repair within 30 minutes but it took almost 26 hours to repair the door apart from this their behaviour towards me and my family was different than the others as they were treating others in different manners

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy. All basic amenities are present. Food was good but quantity was less. 1 plate of rice came in half portion and when contacted the kitchen then informed this is what they server here. So bit disappointed with that as for a single person you have to order 2 plates of rice. Rice was like 180 rupees per plate. So food is costly here. They have open pool on the rooftop and pigeons are swimming there ) so we decided not to access. Informed the same in reception area but they told water is clean only and pigeons cant access the main area. Didn't argue with them but water was not clean and better check the water if you are accessing the pool.

First start with a hard note kindly check before allotting room as i was given 301( kindly confirm) in which the long mirror which is very essential for dressing specially to women was very hazy. So we were offered another room we again packed our baggage n when we went to new room 307 corner one there was twin bed and our only condition was of double bed for this reason only we booked long back. So not satisfied with this. But otherwise - 1) staff is excellent, very helpful, humble, cooperative. 2) cleanliness and hygiene were there. 3) food excellent. 4) location superb.

The The Fern Residency, Jaipur location is really good, it's next to pink square mall, close to airport and railway station. You will be treated with utmost request and warm greetings. Staff is well educated and knows all etiquettes. Non alcoholic beverages and regular tea or coffee seems to be a little overpriced as compared to the quantity served. Basic bathroom kit was missing, but they accommodate the same when you request for it. But, i suggest to at-least keep the oral kit and grooming kit readily available in rooms. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Just loved the stay & rooftop pool with a live music bar. Food was okay & spa was also average. Neat and clean The Fern Residency, Jaipur at good location. One thing i didn't appreciate was so many pigeons fell in the swimming pool & made it very dirty with feathers. Although they cleaned the pool next day till afternoon but it wasted our time. The rooftop area & location was the plus. Breakfast was just average 6/10 waffle was very soggy. Water bottles were also an issue. Overall a good stay but many things need to be improved. Have already mentioned.

I recently stayed at the fern residency, and overall, i had a pleasant experience. The The Fern Residency, Jaipur's service was commendable, with a friendly and attentive staff. However, i was disappointed with the food quality. The meals were subpar, and i expected better from a The Fern Residency, Jaipur of this caliber. Despite this, the comfortable accommodations and excellent service made my stay enjoyable.

We checked in aamaghati wildlife resort on 16th december and checked out on 18th december. We had an good stay there. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The property was well maintained. The rooms were decent and cozy. The food was good as well but the restaurant capacity is quite less due to which we had to wait a long time to have breakfast. Overall a decent stay.

The place was good, but there were no toilet essentials and towels initially and we had to call the service also, it would’ve been great if The Fern Residency, Jaipur had given 1 liter bottles at-least instead of those small plastic bottles gym had very less equipments, we couldn’t use the pool but it seemed nice rest it was all good not great as expected from the fern

Overall experience was very nice and The Fern Residency, Jaipur was very nice reception staff henna and sanjana they were helpful
