The Fern Residency, Jaipur

I was staying in Room No. 406 on 28th/29th October 2025. The drainage system of the washroom/shower room was completely choked, causing water to overflow and spread across the entire area. Secondly, the shower was not functioning properly—it was almost completely blocked and did not throw water while bathing. Furthermore, I inadvertently left my credit card behind, and the hotel staff did not even bother to inform me that it was lying with them. Under such circumstances, how can one rely on their service? This is truly unacceptable and highly disappointing.

It was a comfortable stay. The best part about this hotel is its perfect location — away from heavy traffic, yet conveniently close to Amer Fort and other major attractions.

Food quality was bad. Location was central amenities were good and so were the services. My only complaint was about the quality and or the food

The property is well-maintained and located in a very good area. The food, amenities and services were all satisfactory and made for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion would be to include at least one traditional Rajasthani dish in the morning breakfast to give guests a taste of the local flavor.

To make any trip memorable, its very important to have a comfortable stay... Have stayed with Fern Properties previously also n they are all worth the time n money. Comfortable stay, Courteous Staff, Good Food (We opted for B'fast only) Overall Value for Money... Submitted already

I recently stayed at The Fern Residency, Jaipur, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The interiors were elegant, well-maintained, and offered all modern amenities one could ask for. The food was exceptional — every meal, whether breakfast or dinner, was delicious and freshly prepared with great variety in both Indian and continental options. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making every dining experience enjoyable. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the people — from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for relaxation. Overall, The Fern Residency, Jaipur, offers a perfect blend of comfort, service, and value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaipur — whether for business or leisure — and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

Getting a table for breakfast is difficult here due to limited tables and a huge crowd. We ordered ala-carte and took 1 hour to get our order. Corridors are stinky, and they provide 2 complimentary water bottles per day. Provided early check-in at 11:30am. I wouldn't recommend this for staying with family.

location not good for business traveler as its ok for tourists . not enough space of parking need fo keep outside the property. renovation work going on. food is OK Type. roof top small restro bar very ok type just like you seating in your home terrace. costliest drinks not having that variety food quality is costly and taste is average same for breakfast counter not that impressive in the pricr tag hotels.

Property is located right near entratof jaipur from Agra road.Most of tourists spots are located within 30min vicinity.Rooms were neat and cleam with all basic amenities.Food quality was good . There is spa facility also within property.

Big hole on the door from there u can look a whole double bed n room too.

The room cleaning was very bad on second day of stay. Tea cups were not cleaned dustbins were not emptied Towels not replaced and water bottles not placed. Coffee/tea bar not cleaned. Such experience happened first time with us.

I recently stayed at the Fern Residency Jaipur and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, with easy access to Amer Fort, jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal and so many tourists places. The food was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the team for making my trip memorable!

It is a good hotel. The rooms are not suitable for in-room dining as there is no place/space to keep the plates and utensils. The food quality is good. À la carte food was good, and even the buffet breakfast was also great (without any chilli or spices).
