The Fern Residency Karad

We had stayed earlier here,and this was a return. The place is fantastic against the back drop of mountains and green fields. The people are helpful and very friendly. The restaurant food is also very nice. I personally like this place. As the highway is under redevelopment it is a little cumbersome to reach the The Fern Residency Karad but that's not their fault anyway. The have a good gym for a workout, a swimming pool to relax and a good promenade inside the campus for a good morning and evening walks. Only one point of concern was the tv entertainment was limited and they could not add channels as it was a monthly package. I hope this could be kept flexible. Overall the place is awesome 👍. Will be there shortly. 😊

First, i must mention the people at this property were extraordinarily supportive and guest-focused. Valet sameer, abhijeet and ausim from room service and two guest service executives present for breakfast on all mornings were helpful among other team members. The breakfast spread was excellent every day. Small yet carefully prepared and serviced. Attention to detail grabbed my mind. Unlike the usual cloth-at-the-bottom, idlis were kept in a larger dish inside the countertop warmer. It ensured the moisture from the lid didn't make the idlis soggy. I will surely visit the property whenever i need to stay at karad. The location is convenient for those travel-ling on the mumbai-bengaluru highway.

The place, from its first sighting, impressed me, partly because this was the first time that i was going to be staying at karad and did not expect a property to be maintained so nicely in the out-doors. You enter through a nice gate and are welcome by well maintained plants, lawns and a clean and tidy front area, which is also spacious. The check-in was easy. Got upgraded to a suite for one room as ours was a booking for three rooms. Rooms are excellent, furnishings and linens were clean. Bathroom was big and clean and the toiletries were of good quality. Overall an excellent stay and would love to come back again.

After considering pretty much all accommodation options in karad, we chose to stay at the fern based on previous above average reviews on google. The The Fern Residency Karad turned out to be much better than we expected. The service was at par with any major The Fern Residency Karad chains in a metro city. Food was great and so was the waiting staff. The room was clean, decent in size and up to mark. No complains whatsoever. Only suggestion would be that the The Fern Residency Karad can make more channels available on tata play. Apart from that, i’d highly recommend it.

My wife and i were on our way to kudal, via anuskura from mumbai bangalore highway. Fern residency, karad is ideally located just before the fork. It's well maintained and up to desired standards at an affordable price. The food options are good. Breakfast buffet could be better. We booked from makmytrip and got a good deal. Rooms are well designed and gym and pool facility is available as well. 4/5. Staff was helpful and efficient. They have a big lawn party hall. Bathrooms were clean and rooms were well maintained.

I stayed there for 1 night. I had booked a room for my driver at another The Fern Residency Karad, which is rated highly on mmt, but some staff at this The Fern Residency Karad belittled the other. They should strive to make this one better than putting others down. I hope the management of this The Fern Residency Karad takes care of this as it is leaving a bad taste. But besides this, everything else was great except for a couple of room-dining delivery problems.

Traveling solo from mumbai to my native in sindhudurg district via pune. I decided to halt for the night at karad. Decided to halt at fern since i had seen the place in my earlier journey. It was a perfect decision. The stay was absolutely comfortable. A grand The Fern Residency Karad, a cozy and comfortable bed, a spic and span bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was a perfect spread. Everything about the stay was good. I strongly recommend it even for families.

check in was good, clean and courteus service , Driver accomodation was pathetic with workers staying there bathroom requires more light

Good service, peaceful living, excellent atmosphere, good quality breakfast but average food taste & outer location

Rooms and room service was good. But the views of the room were not upto the mark. Food and restaurant was moderate. Am ras and also the service of serving plates was not upto the mark. In-spite of the campus being 3-4 star it did not had any extra activity except for the swimming pool there was no club house and no external activity for kids nor any games. Stay and service was overall good and upto the mark

While driving back from goa to pune, we decided to take a break at karad and chose fern residency. It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with all basic amenities. The restaurant and bar are fully functional and the morning breakfast was excellent. The rooms being reasonably priced, couldn't have asked for more.

Stayed for overnight halt on our to and fro mumbai-goa trip as the location by the side of highway and hence very convenient. Good, clean rooms with excellent breakfast.
