The Fern Residency Katra

Our time at Fern Residency Katra was truly enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially with our late arrival. We found the dinner on our second evening to be quite delicious. The rooms were roomy and featured a lovely view of the Trikuta Mountains from the balcony. That said, we did observe that both the rooms and bathrooms could use a little upkeep. The The Fern Residency Katra’s pick-up and drop-off service to the Vaishno Devi Mata gate was a great convenience. The driver was also very helpful, sharing useful tips for our pilgrimage. In summary, our experience at Fern Residency Katra was very positive. The service from the staff was impressive, and the The Fern Residency Katra's location and facilities made it an excellent choice for our journey.

Overall very good and comfortable stay.Hygiene standards are well maintained.Bathroom was a bit small.hardly there is a gap between wash basin and toilet seat.It would be better to saperate toilet and bath area with a glass door

Fern is good for family stay The Fern Residency Katra. Food is v. Good and other services are good. Good location and 1. 5k. M near by railway station. Staff was very cooperative. All is well but room size sum small.

Property location is good and nearby Main Bazaar. Yatra Parchi counter is about a KM walking distance from the Hotel and you get a complementary drop at Banganga Start Point.
