Room: my room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view from my window overlooked the city skyline, which was a fantastic sight to wake up to each morning. The room amenities were top-notch, including a large flat-screen tv, a fully stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom with high-quality toiletries. Dining: the The Fern Residency Katra’s on-site restaurant served a diverse menu of delicious meals. I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there, and each meal was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes made to order. Facilities: the grand plaza The Fern Residency Katra boasts a range of excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I took advantage of the spa services and had one of the best massages i’ve ever experienced. The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering stunning views of the city and a great atmosphere for evening cocktails. Overall experience: my stay at the grand plaza The Fern Residency Katra was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, and high-quality amenities made my trip to new york city memorable. Visited with my family in the month of jun e 2023 and found this The Fern Residency Katra good for families. As i am a frequent traveller, so know that, this The Fern Residency Katra was known earlier with the name of panchvati and now taken over by fern frenchise. So let me share the positive points first: -food was very good and i didn’t feel any extra spice n oil in food. -taste is like we are having good good at home. - people in restaurant also serves the food with good gesture. Special thanks to sanjay and manoj who were servers there in restaurant. Being a fern group now, The Fern Residency Katra improved in services but still few things needs to be improved: waiters who are dropping the luggage in rooms are standing and thanking you 3-4 times as they are looking for tips, as if it’s mandatory which is very annoying. When any traveller needs to go for rfid, it’s coming like we can only pick once. If you go now then we will not be able to drop you for darshan to starting point. This should not happen. We need to understand the word of mouth publicity is always genuine and gives customer back. So please make this provision also in your list. This will make the The Fern Residency Katra value for money as if customers are paying k-for one night only with breakfast then we should give these basic services.

We have stayed there for 3 days. Now talk about service there is no complaint regarding the service assistant service was very awesome. We have stayed many The Fern Residency Katras but service's provided by the fern katra was not comparable. It was very nicely any adorable experience overnight here. Food and food quality was very tasty. The head person mr suman kotwal very well managed the entire katra fern & last but not the least the restaurant incharge mr ram singh is very corporative helpful person. Thanks amal mehta mumbai

We stayed in the family room with bunk bed and it was comfortable stay. They don't have room with the view, but a very comfortable room, good restaurant, proximity to market and complimentary pick and drop to banganga is g pod enough to delight you during your stay. One suggestion, cleanliness and housekeeping can be improved. During our stay we found rooms very clean, but we found under the bed all the dust was accumulated. Complete cleaning of rooms should be done once in a while.

Hotel is located at a good location, if you are coming for Vaishnodevi Darshan then it’s perfect place to stay as the The Fern Residency Katra is neat and clean they offer pick up and drop to gates of Vaishnodevi from where the Yatra starts. They also have in-house spa services which is very much required once you are back from the Yatra. Food is good. Overall I had a comfortable stay will surely visit again.

It's a very comfortable and recommended stay for people travel-ling to katra especially with parents. The room and lobby are very neat and clean and very comfortable. Well maintained lifts. The amenities in the room are well placed. The location is perfect just 2mins via auto from main bus stand area. Many restaurants dhaba approachable on foot as well. Will definitely recommend this place. Thank you team.

Overall a very pleasant stay , everything was up to the mark, special thanks for providing drop to banganga check post during the rain 🌧️🌧️🌧️ in the morning time ( even though i was unaware about it ) 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏 and greatly appreciated for the late check out and cloak room service. If I come again to katra, I will surely stay over there again. Jai Mata di.

Quality of food is perfect. Service staff in restaurant mr tilak served food very professionaly. There was no tv remote provided in the room. Even calling hk staff no one was picking up the call.

Location is quite good easily accessible to bus stand and railway station. Rooms were nice and clean.

The rooms are spacious the property is very clean, neat and tidy the staff are well behaved there is 24 hours car services (free) to banganga and return therefrom
