The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa

i recently stayed at the fern residency in miramar, goa, for a 4-day trip while participating in ironman goa. while the first impression often sets the tone, my experience here had both positives and areas that could be improved. *positives:* 1. cleanliness and staff: the The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa was well-maintained and very clean. the staff was polite, attentive, and prompt with requests, which made my stay comfortable. i especially enjoyed the room service and the quality of lunch served. it was so good it almost felt like homemade food. 2. service and room comfort: the room service was excellent, and i felt well-cared for throughout my stay. each request was met with a prompt and helpful response, which made things smooth and hassle-free. *areas for improvement:* 1. deposit policy: i was asked to deposit ₹5,000 in cash for my cycle, which was refundable at checkout. though i received it back without any issues, i wasn’t clear on the reason behind this policy, and perhaps this could be better explained upfront. 2. dust sensitivity: being highly sensitive to dust and paint smells, i found the ongoing painting in the lobby problematic. i experienced significant discomfort due to coughing, especially in the mornings, and had to rely on lozenges and a mask to cope with it. it would have been helpful to have been informed about this in advance or provided an alternative area. 3. breakfast variety: while the food quality was good, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety. adding a few more choices would enhance the morning experience for guests. overall, despite these few challenges, my stay was positive, and i was able to complete my ironman goa event successfully. thank you to the fern residency team for making this trip a memorable one.

Location is near to miramar beach at a walking distance food is good nice hospitality. The property is located in a good area and has spacious rooms with good amenities. The staff is polite and attentive, providing excellent service. The food quality is good and breakfast has decent options. However, some guests faced issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and noise. The property is under renovation, and some amenities like the swimming pool and bar were not available. The location is a bit remote, and own conveyance is recommended. Overall, the property is value for money for business trips and short stays.

Although i booked this The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa by mistake, i quite liked the services. Gautami, varsha and samir from the front desk were amazing hosts, shaan from f&b service helped me to pick the right options from the menu. Quite a comfortable stay.

It was awesome experience. Food was excellent with reasonable rates. Rooms were fabulous. Only issue was wifi connectivity, everything was perfect. Must go The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa in South Goa.

Fern residency is a good property, we had good time there. Staff is polite and attentive. Rooms were neat and clean. Food quality is excellent and they had decent options for breakfast.
