The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa

Location: the location is good, it's in panjim. Casinos are close by. Famous beaches of north goa are still a little far from here. Rooms: rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. They are neat and well maintained. Rooms have coffee and tea sachet available with electric kettle. A refrigerator and a tv are also kept in the room. Food: we didn't try food here. Hygiene and safety standards: pretty good, neat and clean The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa parking: this was a huge problem here. They don't have proper parking space. I still reviewed this place as 4 star as not many people book this The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa and also a rented car in goa. So, parking shouldn't be a problem for those who come by taxi or rent 2 wheelers.

I've read multiple bad reviews and was skeptical about the stay. But i had no such bad experience. I've booked 3 winter green studios, upon requesting alone day before they have arranged it to be close to each other. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms were also tidy in all 3 rooms. Breakfast had similar options all 3 days and was decent. Coming to the cons there is no swimming pool, i did not find may cabs around. The management might arrange if requested. If you are choosing self driven vehicl, then there is no problem. There is space for parking also.

It was a very nice stay. The room was neat and clean. The bathroom room too there is also a cozy balcony the food was sumptuous quality was standard with respect to price. The reception service was also good, they were pretty helpful. But the problem is they only allow in room dinning and the location is quite away from the beach if you are looking for a calm stay for your vacation it's a nice place. The location was okayish and if the also allowed restaurant dining i would have been really content

Nicely located for traveller's and tourist exploring, miramar, donna paula and panaji. A quiet locality, good landscape to view at. Rooms was very neat. Amenities are average. Staff is courteous. Had an issue with the hand shower, which just came off as i picked it for bathing, which was informed to the staff while checking out, still the receptionist held me back and caused a bit of inconvenience, but overall a good experience.

The property is excellent with an apt location closer to the key visiting area. I loved the anticipation and pure arrival exercise of this The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa. The staff at the desk, breakfast restaurant and housekeeping are worth praising. The area general manager mr. Rajiv is a walk the talk types of leader and he has made a customized experience for every guest checking in to this property.

The property has good clean & spacious rooms, the only drawback of property is its too inside and the area was not that great. I reached to the property at night and was regretting because i have already traveled alot but once i entered into my room then i was happy. If you someone have nothing to do with distance then go for it

The fern residency The Fern Residency Miramar, Goa is located at just 400m beside miramar beach, nearest great place to visit is candolim beach, panaji market is 2 km from this place and nearest mall is caculo mall, the location is 4 km from dona paula, hospitality and food was great. Overall a good experience.

Indeed a good room size, clean rooms, good service, cooperative staff. Absolute value for money and safe for family and couples to visit.

They don't care about time in giving food. The taste of the food is also nothing special according to the money.

I stayed first time at the fern. Stay was very comfortable. Room a size was big and had all amenities. Only thing lacking was the toilet flush which discharge was quite poor. Breakfast was nice and offered good taste but lacked variety. Actually same menu each day. Staff was helpful. No complaints !
