The Fern Residency Mumbai

I had a very decent experience with The Fern Residency last year at Goa, so I decided to go with the same in Mumbai too. We checked in on 14th of March, and could hardly roam about to the gateway and marine drive. Next day, due to climbing cases of covid-19, entire Mumbai was locked down. So we would to stay indoors only. It was even a good time in a closed down situations. Being a four star The Fern Residency Mumbai, the room is 5 in cleanliness, The Fern Residency Mumbai is 5 in service, 5 in housekeeping. The swimming pool and gym was closed as per the govterments order. The only reason to give four is the tasteless ala-carte food, which I would never recommend to anyone. The buffet was quite okay. Our stay was indeed loved by our children as we had access to play area, snooker, recreation etc. The Acres club had a restaurant-bar which serves quite good food (awesome chicken tikka biryani). To the plus, as their 10 anniversary celebrations, we had a couple of free surprises too.

Everything was good but the watchman at the door was stupid arrogant and his behavior was as if he owns the The Fern Residency Mumbai and I am staying fit free. I told him to carry my luggage to the rickshaw, he started back answering giving me big stares and asking me that why I am putting headphone in my ears. Since I was in hurry I didn't give him back or else I would have taught him how to behave with customers. Listen you Fern guys why do you keep such watchman. Teach them some soft skills and politeness. Remember you are in service industry not some group of road side ruffians. Just one incident screwed it all and I will make sure I will never step in again.

It's a neat, clean The Fern Residency Mumbai with big rooms located in a lane, walking distance from the metro station, auto stand and taxi stand but away from the noise of the main road. There are no tall buildings in the front or back of the The Fern Residency Mumbai so the rooms offer you complete privacy with uninterrupted views of the locality - just the way i like it. The breakfast spread is not lavish but good enough. I found the prices a tad bit on the higher side but it's mumbai after all.

Stayed here for one night for business purpose. Stay was great, people were very hospitable. Hotel is on a nice clean road, rooms are really nice. Their breakfast starts at 7, which was very convenient. The only downside i would say was the wifi. The wifi registration page didn’t load, and reception said they would check. Don’t know if the request got lost, because they never fixed it. Otherwise it was a very satisfactory stay, only 10 minutes from bandra, so really a good deal.

Location of The Fern Residency Mumbai is great. We visited juhu beach, band stand and gate way of india, all these places are like 45 mins from this The Fern Residency Mumbai. They have parking available within premises which is a big plus. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. Overall, we had a good experience staying in this The Fern Residency Mumbai for 3 days.

Stay was good, room was spacious and amenities provided in the bathroom was excellent. Location is at a prime place and easily accessible, food was okay, a few more options/variety could be added to the menu. Room services were good, room was cleaned well. However there were tiny drops of water dripping from the ceiling and along the side walls.

Very clean, well maintained and serene property. However the best part definitely is the amazingly efficient and well behaved staff and their hospitality. Also the The Fern Residency Mumbai’s restaurant served delicious food and beverages. Recommended to anybody going for business purposes or looking for a comfortable family stay.

It was for my daughter's convocation at toss, mumbai. Last time i visited was for her admission. Not much changes i have seen. Some area where the The Fern Residency Mumbai can improve is maintenance of the rooms, toilets and lobby. Expected to be top notch. The variety in breakfast menu is not like what we got earlier.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Property is good but pools are opposite side. Not connected in The Fern Residency Mumbai.

Being a solo traveler, I was skeptical about the The Fern Residency Mumbai. But with the prime location and helpful staff and 24 hr room service, The stay was made very pleasant. It was a short stay. So did not get to enjoy all the amenities. But overall a good and smooth experience. Recommended!
