The Fern Residency Rajkot

Hello team, i stayed here for business trip. I enjoyed the stay but has following feedback. 1. Hotel has snacks kept in the room which no one informed that it's chargeable at very high rates. 2. Hotel don't provide soft paper napkins as i am little sensitive when it comes to hygiene. Every-time i have to ask room service to issue some additional paper napkin. 3. Hotel didn't provide an additional key on day 1 for my partner whom they refuse to provide for some reason. 4. Staff sometimes becomes rigid in following the processes rather than ensuring good customer experience. 5. Hygiene in restaurant was completely missing. Not sure if i faced this challenge but in rajkot i might go for silver palace or imperial next time onwards.

While on way a phone call from the fern made me happy and homely place room were praiseworthy neat clean and fragrant so sweet. Food was palatable. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Staff was very humble and concerned. To give the customer the best in kitchen. I really appreciate their attitude. I wish the drivers should be better facilitated as they did in the fern in somnath. Drivers were given good stay and complimentary breakfast with the staff which really proved better than rajkot. Rest rajkot fern is best of the best thank you god bless you

We had a great stay at the The Fern Residency Rajkot. The room was clean and spacious and properly made. The staff was friendly and easy to reach. The surprise package was the meals. We did not expect great food. But the experience was brilliant! we did try only the gujarati food though and the soup. So can't speak about the rest. Loved the location of the property. We were staying overnight on our way to dwarka and found it easy to get to the The Fern Residency Rajkot and head onwards. This is it

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Fern Residency Rajkot. Everything about the The Fern Residency Rajkot was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed in The Fern Residency Rajkot fern residency overnight from 3rd to 4th july. Booked through mmt. We did not have any idea of rajkot so we trusted mm t and found The Fern Residency Rajkot room exceedingly good. We did not expect such a great room and welcome in so less amount. The ambience, interiors, washrooms, breakfast spread etc is impeccably good. Overall a very descent The Fern Residency Rajkot in budget price.

The staff at the fern is exceptional in their courtesy and generosity, making every interaction a delight. Stay at fern residency, rajkot was excellent. Cleanliness of room, space, food, service, and top of all smiling & polite response from all staff. All these made my stay with family a great experience. Calm and quiet ambiance, tasty buffet dinner and breakfast with plenty of options to choose from were few more to add in the liked list

I had stayed for a night here on a family vacation, property is really beautiful, rooms are good, staff in general is quite cooperative. But there are some coordination issues between restaurant and the The Fern Residency Rajkot staff which caused some delays is settling bills but apart from that everything was good

Stay at fern residency is nice. Staff has given very good hospitality. People of rajkot are nice and well decipline.

The The Fern Residency Rajkot is located in the centre of rajkot and offers very comfortable rooms. The restaurant offers tantalising food and the staff are very courteous. We were served by dhani singh, mukesh and durga in the restaurant and went the extra mile to serve us.

One of the finest stay in rajkot, all staff are friendly behavior and supporting must stay if you are coming in rajkot

Had a comfortable stay along with good food and service the only place that needs improvement is the front desk as the lady manning needs some training in smiling and soft talking

Please at-least keep disposable sleeper for washroom, overall stay was good. Staff behavior was also good.

Good family The Fern Residency Rajkot. Right in the centre of the city. Excellent staff support. 24/7. Rooms were clean with hassle free check in and check out.

The stay was really good and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was really awesome and the buffer dinner we had was also really tasty. Good and cosy rooms would have loved to have a little more bigger room.
