Overall experience was good. Buffet dinner at outdoor/terrace of 2nd floor with lighting and music system was good (earlier visit, I noticed it was not present). Things to improve: smoke smell was coming when I entered room after room allotment, which was unpleasant. They need to check smoke detector working properly or not with maintaining check.

Stay is good, but what they done with my car is Total horrible. When they park my vehicle. They do not switch off the vehicle and whole night systems start in morning. Batery was drain out. in between employee, try to start vehicle by pushing. Due to this engine Warning sign turn on now I don’t know what charges I have to pay and I have to go from Mumbai to Hyderabad

To be very honest. The hotel staff during my check in was very slow instead the entire reception was empty. The moment I entered my room 503 it’s was literally so bad bad bad and worst stinky I really can’t explain. I literally could enter my room I called them to look into that and they showed me another room the condition was same. I somehow entered ask them to spray room freshener because I had to rush to my meeting. During my stay I looked into mini bar the coke was expired of 2024 date and condition of mini fridge was like with coke expired in it. During morning breakfast the cutlery was brown sticky rusted I literally puked in my room I couldn’t have breakfast two days atall which I paid. Literally the stay was terrible and worst
