Huge rooms , looks more like a residential property. Lavish breakfast spread. They have Hi tea confusion within their staff and I got double charged for it while I was having complementary in booking . Rest stay was good .

Overall the stay was good. However the food especially non veg can be improved and options can be increased as compared to veg food. The property, staff and location was good. We couldn’t use the swimming pool as it wasn’t clean and not maintained. Also pool is very small as compared to seen in the pictures.

Rooms are fine. There was no Wi-Fi. The buffet spreads were nice, but the food was totally salt less when the chef was called to share feedback they did not even bother to taste. According to them it was low salt. They only said that we will make it again for you if you want, but they did not taste the food nor they were willing to acknowledge anything. Pool was also not in good shape. The baby pool had ants and dirty mosquitoes inside.

Rooms are clean, But Service was very poor, Nothing is maintained, I have booked a Suite room and its wash room is smaller than a standard room, even refilling the breakfast buffet items takes more than 30 minutes.

The property is decent. The food here is the real deal breaker. 1. The food(in the buffet) was sub par. You can clearly make out that it is made from leftover veggies and food. 2. The hotel lacks amenities. An under equipped gym and a small pool. But i must give credit where its due, the staff if very cooperative and if you order food seperately, its made well.

located 40 minutes from Lonavala, towards Pune. very good if you are not getting any decent property in Lonavala at similar rates. good spacious rooms. quite a good buffet spread and tasty food. it's not a resort - only a building. not much to do in the property

It was very nice the food was great I had a private pool and jaccuzi and plus I also loved the view and Nutella that’s soo much it would have been a lot more dinner if the rates were cheaper but nevertheless it was great

Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room cleanliness, ambience, and maintenance were well managed. The reception check-in was smooth, with courteous staff. A special mention to Mr. Ajit Sahu (Food and Beverage Manager), Mr. Keshab Jana (Chef), and other members of the restaurant team, who were extremely cooperative and supportive, especially in accommodating the food preferences of my 8-year-old daughter. Their attentive service truly enhanced our dining experience. Room service was prompt, and the overall warmth and friendliness of the staff were appreciable, making the stay very welcoming. There was no welcome drink when we reached the hotel. Room was not clean. We ordered Kanda bhajiya and Paneer pakoda in the Room and it was cold. Price of paneer pakoda was too high.
