The Fern Residency Vijayapura

Hotel is away from hustle bustle and traffic of main city. Ample parking of Max 10 cars. Also has underground parking but it's very small as per guard and mainly used by The Fern Residency Vijayapura employee . Room was large 330 sq feet with refrigerator. Washroom was more than small sized and shower area was partitioned. Hot Water was there at 4 am too. Washbasin is not connected to hot water. AC temp can't be controlled by guest. God knows what happens if one room wants 18 C and another 25 degree C. No room slippers. Only one set of toothbrush and small bottled body wash and shampoo. No conditioner. Manual Exhaust fan present in bathroom. Ceiling fan given in room. Kettle and accessories provided. Food- exceptionally good whether u eat Chinese or non veg local food. Excellent service by everyone. There is car wash shop on opposite side of The Fern Residency Vijayapura after crossing road. 250 rs per car wash (exterior only). Nearby are 3 bakeries within 300-400m walking distance.

Stayed for a night at this The Fern Residency Vijayapura. Located not too far from the highway, it offers good accommodation, has plenty of parking and is close to the attractions of the city like gol gumbaz etc. The room was spacious, had all the comforts required. Food was good and reasonably priced, housekeeping was responsive to the requirements. Buffet breakfast had a good spread

The amenities are not much good compared to other fern properties i stayed at earlier. The major drawback is breakfast & it's below average & not many options available. The location is almost 6kms far from the actual city. I travel-led by car so it's okay for me.

We had a great experience staying at ferns vijaypura. Room was neat, clean, big and spacious with excellent room service. Buffet breakfast too was good with plenty of food options to choose.

Property is in outskirts of bijapur city near al amen medical college. Hotel staff are good. Food is also good little bit costly but okay.
