Welcome Drink I have to ask after reaching home and they arranged but not upto mark. The Bed was in 02 parts and not comfortable to slip. The cushion was not good sleep nicely. They served jain food outside where lot of mosquitoes . There was lot of space in Vanzara restaurant and still they separated.

Hotel is situated opposite to the Ekta Nagar Railway station. Food is very delicious and staff is very courteous. Hygiene is of high standards.

The hotel is well maintained and location is just opposite to the railway station but the problem is there is no local shops nearby there is some issues with the hotel service their fnb services are horrible if you order any in room dining they will take hours to full fill your order and they will miss one or the other item secondly they charge a bomb for early check in then they will follow up with you like mad to check out right after 10 am as per it was mentioned 2 hours late checkout but still they will follow ip continuously which is not good and they have very limited seats for their breakfast for which you might face waiting outside of their restaurant which is a horrible experience I would request the hotel team to improve this things

location, food and service is best. just not satisfied with spa only 1 staff available for spa. overall good stay. swimming pool ,garden are also nice.

Hotel room & stay were excellent. But food is too much costly for only veg foods. We expected non veg foods, which is not mentioned clearly while booking.

Stay was pleasant, property was great had all the neccessary amenities for leisure stay. Breakfast buffet had varieties to choose from. Kids can enjoy the kids play area & pool & all.

Hotel is very good. Enjoyed swimming pool with kids. Have tasty and delicious lunch and breakfast. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay at fern. I recommend family travels to stay at the property and enjoy their Good service.

Property was awesomely posh and niche and clean. The staff was the loveliest and sweetest and they agreed for the room upgrade. I will recommend to all my family friends and known colleagues.

initially we were allotted a room full of chemical smell and also the room interiors were not matching with the one shown while booking. Later another room was allotted. Food is average.

Location is good, opposite to Ekta nagar railway station and all the buses stop at the hotel. Good staff

Food was good, location and facilities were also nice .we visited this property for 2nd time.I was bit upset about room cleaniness was not upto the mark .

The stay was very good but the food was below average. Items supposed to be crispy was soggy, most food was lukewarm and tasted bland. Not a lot of items to choose from. We found the restaurant Jagdish opposite to the Fern to have much better quality and reasonable cost.

The overall experience was good. Hotel is nice. Cleanliness was well taken care off, however there is a three hour gap between check in and check out time.

great place to stay with excellent food and hospitality... only request you increase room cleaning much better ... and do welcome feedback positively... If it's true - improve for your benefits rather than excuses... Swimming pool also great and each and every staff is very nice...

Very Serene atmosphere, good silent location not very far from Statue of Unity. Good food and breakfast. Very courteous staff every where.
