We stayed at fern during our trip to statue of unity. Location is the best because you have ekta nagar railway station, right opposite to it, from where its easier to get free bus rides to different site seeing attractions including the statue. The property is very well maintained. The kids play area, pool and game zone were equipped well enough for leisure activities though we dont get much time when we are visiting sou. The staff were all polite and helpful always. There was karaoke music in evenings that was good for a change. Food was good but could be better in terms of choices offered & taste for starters, deserts, breakfast. I felt sankalp restaurant was much better in terms of food taste & variety there in sou campus. We enjoyed our stay in fern, especially the christmas night. It was pleasantly happy all around the property.

Had booked room for three adults. The extra bed provided was decent enuf in size and comfortable. Rarely do you get this when u book room for three adults. Also the The Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort Kevadia, Gujarat was thoughtful to keep the third bed ready in the evening without we asking for it.

Food was awesome. My daughter had fun while playing musical chair. She was amazed while playing in game zone. We all my husband, my daughter and myself are very glad and will be happy to visit it again

Hotel was good and staff at restaurant was courteous and helpful too. Room cleanliness was good overall but finding ants in tea/coffee tray was a turn off and it was promptly cleaned after our request.

Property is centrally located staff and services were excellent north indian food choices could be better

Buffet could be more better and convenient. It was too much crowded. Vallet service was not there. Should have one.
