Location of property is very convenient. Facility is awesome, specially swimming pool and game zone. Food is good but buffet dinner has low option then what they charged. Breakfast is excellent.

This is clearly not what we strive for and it seems we've fallen far short of our usual standard on this occasion. Our primary aim is to provide every guest with impressive hospitality, delicious meals, and a comfortable stay. We're sincerely taken aback to learn that the food did not meet your expectations. We endeavor to maintain a high standard of culinary excellence, and your feedback will be shared with our chefs for improvements. Regarding the room issues and our team’s behavior, this has caught our attention. Our staff should always represent the best in customer service, and it's troubling to hear that it wasn't what you experienced. The higher management is already alerted about this concern and we will investigate and act accordingly. As for the pricing, we try to ensure everything is clear at the booking stage; there are never any hidden costs. We hope we can restore your trust in us. Good location just opposite ektanagar rly station. Breakfast buffet spread was good. River view rooms do not have any river view but overlook rooftop solar panels.
