We had a good stay experience at fern. Service was amazing… Food was lovely… gr8 hospitality… I had planned a private surprise party for my husband and niece birthday which was planned by KAJAL their event manager… I would like to add she did a splendid arrangement and wonderful service. She personally went out of her working hours to attend us nicely and we all loved it a lot… thanks a lot

I actually love the staff behaviour where they greeted us in a great way, and they had a good hygiene And the rooms were very special spacious And the bed was comfortable, and they had an attentive response for each command Thank you

It was very peaceful and comfortable. Stay. The services and the quality of staff was good. We stayed with family and friends for three days thoroughly. Enjoy the memorable time.

It was really nice stay. The food was awesome. Also the staff is really polite and helpful. The hotel offered pick and drop facility for temple. Really nice quiet and peaceful.

No window in room..wahbasin in bathroom was overflowed..basic ammenties in bathroom not fulfilled..buffet was good..at the time of check in...behavior of staff was rude...it is 3 star category hotel

Our experience was bad, reception said that hand towels are missing, after sometime they found it in room, how this could be the behaviour of staff, I don’t think its a 5 star hotel with this behaviour accusing and defaming is a serious concern with this hotel, All 5 star ratings are acquired forcefully and manipulating customers . I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Fern, Dwarka, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with utmost warmth. The valet parking was convenient, and the staff greeted us with a refreshing Kesar Elaichi drink and a beautiful Dwarkadish shawl , such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our stay.❤️ The service throughout was nothing short of outstanding. The staff guided us to our room with a tour, and their hospitality was simply heart-touching. The rooms were spotless and hygienic, with a cozy soft bed, fluffy cushions, elegant sofa, beautiful mirror, and perfect lighting , everything designed to make the stay luxurious and comfortable. The dining experience deserves a special mention. For dinner, we ordered a pure Gujarati thali-style meal including Moong Dal Khichdi, Ringan Bataka nu Shaak, ghee, rotis, and puri-bhaji. Even though puri-bhaji was not on the menu ( for dinner ), the chef prepared it specially for us❤️❤️❤️, which shows their dedication to guest satisfaction. The food was not only authentic and delicious but also very reasonably priced compared to many five-star hotels we have visited. Truly commendable!❤️🙏🏻 Breakfast was equally amazing, with a lavish spread ranging from North Indian to South Indian delicacies. The freshness, variety, and flavors were just perfect , compliments to the chef and team. The property itself is a delight , a beautiful swimming pool, lush flowers, greenery, and even a serene Mandir in the garden, which adds a divine touch to the atmosphere. Overall, The Fern at Dwarka offers a true five-star experience at genuine value. With its warm hospitality, delicious food, clean rooms, and beautiful surroundings, it’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Dwarka.
