The The Firangipani Suites is at a good location of newt-own opposite to tics gitanjali and hence communication is good. Rooms and spacious enough and decor of the entire The Firangipani Suites is appreciable. Staff are courteous and prompt in support and food in their own restaurant is very good there are sensors in all places turning on and off the ambient lighting which seems cool but the bathroom light gets turned off after 5-10 seconds of inactivity which seemed a little distressing at times. The bathrooms are spacious and well maintained and have all necessary toiletries. Only cons i experienced are the bed being very soft cushioned and bumpy and the ac making a distinct humming sound throughout. Overall this is a very good property to stay and people looking for a comfortable stay with a dash of luxury below the bracket of 3k rupees should definitely consider it.

Location of the The Firangipani Suites is very convenient and easy to reach. Parking is also available. The check-in experience was smooth and we didn't have to wait long. We stayed in executive suite and the room was of good size with toiletries and ro water in the room. Smart tv with youtube and netflix, ac, fan, geyser and a full size mirror. Tea and coffee was there in the room. Cupboards were clean and of good size. The bed was queen sized and clean. Only gripe we have is that since their was construction going on, there was noise. Food, although expensive, is good. Try the pasta and they serve garlic toasts with it. Service is a tad slow but okay for this type of The Firangipani Suites. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

A very good The Firangipani Suites for the price that we paid. We booked 2 junior suits and they were clean and spacious with ample storage space, a desk and chair, tv, ac and a floor length mirror. Wifi was a plus. Very friendly and responsive staff. Washroom was stocked with towels, soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner, plus a shower and geyser. Right next to the road so very easy to get taxis or call an uber. Will definitely stay here in the future if i'm ever in kolkata again.

I booked a luxury suite room, the property was good the staff’s managing the property were good, they were very generous and kind enough to give a better service. The luxury suite room was upto the expectation. There are only two things according to me which needs to be changes was the mattress because it was quite uncomfortable and secondly at-least you should provide a microwave oven in your luxury suite. Beside this everything was perfectly fine.

I stayed with my husband and baby in the luxury suite room for 2 days, and it was really a great experience. The room was quite huge, clean and well maintained with all the required amenities. Also, the staff was very polite and service was good too. Moreover, it's distance from office location makes it more convenient for those who are visiting for corporate purpose. Overall it was a worth stay.

It's in new town and a new property. The staff is courteous and patiently understands the guests requirements and do the needful. The rooms were also quite neat & clean. I ordered dal tadka and karahi chicken, both were simply delicious. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and the restaurant area interior is also very cute and soothing. I recommend this property.

Well located in new and modern part of kolkata. Room found to be city but comfortable. Food served was delicious. Couldn't serve liquid soap in toilet, may be due to 100% occupancy all the time. Other amenities were good. Staff helped to finalize the city travel plan. Recommended to select this The Firangipani Suites for your trip too, with normal expectations.

It was and will be a excellent choice to select 'the firangipani suites' everytime. The staffs, the room and the management was on point and was helpful enough in your need all time. The room are minimalist designed with great lighting and ample space that cater to individual needs as study table and couch.

Stay experience was awesome, great staff response, awesome delicious food and hygienic. Its worth it of prices and recommend to stay again.

The rooms are neat and clean. All basic facilities are provided. Location of the The Firangipani Suites is good and near to it offices. Wifi is slow, it needs improvement. Also, the room service can be better.

Very nice room, room size is bit small cozy room but full privacy is there. Nice experience but yeah some of the lights of room were not working
