The rooms were spacious with green lush surroundings The food could have been better but overall the experience was good, staff and hospitality was good

worst trip ever that i have booked from mmt. This was the first time I am having terrible holiday. I booked the resorts but at the last moment my booking got cancelled at the resort, they provide me other resort which was on higher price as we were supposed to get free upgrade. but even though prices are on higher side, still resorts services are pathetic. this was not expected from mmt. i am really very unhappy with the services I got from mm worst trip ever that i have booked from mmt. This was the first time I am having terrible holiday.

I recently stayed at The Forest by 3Tree Group, and while the property has potential, my overall experience was disappointing due to several avoidable issues. ✅ What Went Well: The location is scenic and peaceful, offering a relaxing natural setting. Front desk staff were polite and helpful during check-in and checkout. Food quality was decent, with a good selection of dishes. ❌ What Needs Serious Improvement: Cleanliness & Hygiene: The rooms and bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Dust on furniture, stains in the washroom, and general neglect in room upkeep were noticeable. Public areas, including the pool deck and walkways, were not maintained well. Violation of Rules & Poor Enforcement: One of the most concerning issues was the open consumption of alcohol near the pool, which is clearly against resort policy. Despite signage stating that drinking is not allowed in that area, several guests were seen doing so — and unfortunately, no staff intervened. This not only created discomfort for other guests, especially families with children, but also posed safety risks. Final Thoughts: The resort has a lot going for it in terms of natural beauty and food. But cleanliness standards and rule enforcement need urgent attention. If these issues aren’t addressed, it risks alienating responsible guests who expect a safe and well-maintained environment.

our stay at the forest by 3tree group was absolutely memorable. the property is nestled in the lap of nature, just 5 minutes from the pawalgarh safari gate, offering a truly immersive jungle experience. the rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a rustic charm. the staff was courteous, responsive, and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. one of the highlights was the deep jungle trail experience arranged by the team – it added an adventurous touch to our trip. the food served was delicious and homely, with a good variety across meals. if you're looking for a peaceful yet thrilling getaway in jim corbett, this is the place to be. highly recommended!

room is clean and spacecius. but management is very lazy. location and views are good. swimming pool is not clean. breakfast is low standard.

Average resort.. not like a 3 star property. swimming pool is not clean.. room service is also not upto the mark even they dont have water bottles . Need to upgrade as they are taking money from us.

The whole stay turned out to be the perfect family escape we were looking for – peaceful, scenic, and absolutely rejuvenating. Staff was polite and professional. The swimming pool was clean and kid-friendly. Given the location, service quality, and overall ambiance, the resort delivers tremendous value.

The property is not a right one to stay. there are no. of issues which did not get resolved as well- - manager behavior was not at all customer centric. ex. first inpression - no greeting, no welcoming gesture, we tried calling reception for a requirement in room he directed us to tell hk, whereas we didn't have any hk no., another incident while we were talking to him asking about tea if can be provided at poolside he again without attending to us while he was talking on his mobile asked us to tell in the kitchen, he was on his mobile than attending to us, again for our room key we wanted his help and while my husband was speaking to him he just walked away and my husband calling him back so that he could complete his request. Again with me he spoke in a totally commanding tone. - staff were not attending to calls, we need to literally go out and ask for electricity dg, tea, water, and the items mentioned in the amenities provided were not given to us. like tea supplies, kits, toiletries etc. - the light went off at night and no backup provided for more than hour, we tried contacting the numbers provided even the property owner's without any help. got screenshot of all the calls I made at night around 1 am. - you will feel stranded in this property so never book here. the manager was behaving as if we were staying free there, we came to relax and we're in suffering all the time we stayed there. And there were no guests only us, so could have turned into the best customer service - MMT even didn't provide the timely support for our issues though I complained the same day - ideally this should have been a free stay for us but it is really unpleasant and unacceptable turn of events for a holiday

Only positive about resort is that rooms are very specious and location is only good for those who love to close to nature as it's located in jungle area but they are even lacking in basic amenities. Even when power cut was there, there was no electricity for half hour.. Even room telephone was non operational, no Reception desk.. Just caretaker person type was there to cater you. No round the clock food services. Very poor service and resort
