The Galaxy

I had a very pleasant stay at The Galaxy Hotel. In fact, a The Galaxy like this at a comparatively small place like Mirzapur was a surprise. I had booked a suite in the The Galaxy. The check-in was extremely quick. The rooms were ready and clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. There is a 24 hours tea/coffee lounge in the The Galaxy. The staff are quite courteous. A few small things where improvement can be made - the remote of AC was not working and the tea/coffee maker was missing from the room. On enquiring it was stated that there was a naughty kid staying a day earlier and these were removed for safety. Even if it was true - the same could have been placed before our check-in. However, overall stay was good. It was value for money. I was later told by my local contacts that this is probably the best The Galaxy in Mirzapur.

This was a last-minute booking. We were traveling as a group of 7 people. We stayed at The Galaxy for a day. As we were reaching Mirzapur early in the morning and we had 4 ladies with us, we requested for very early check-in and the The Galaxy staff happily obliged and made the other rooms available to us as and when they became available. Staff looks eager to provide good service and it shows in the manner they handled all our requests. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. Food was decent. One of the best places to stay in Mirzapur. Will prefer to stay only here if visit Mirzapur again.

When we entered the The Galaxy, the person at the reception warmly welcome us and asked from us that where you are coming from and how was your journey was. He had gladly asked about the room provided and if you feel uncomfortable, je will be able to change the room. Room service was very good, even in the morning at 6 am, they have provided tea for us. During the luggage shifting to and back from room was provided and moreover the car to which we have came was cleaned without asking for it. Overall the staying was very comfortable and nice.

Very Friendly staff, good food, separate room for family dinner. Nice The Galaxy as a whole. I would recommend it to whosoever is travelling to Mirzapur or Windchill. Its closeness to railway station and market is plus. The The Galaxy is nicely fashioned with a playing area (having pool table), rooftop garden and a swimming pool. Therez also a souvenir shop inside. For having food or team with family they have separate areas . . I would like to suggest to Makemytrip to remove this 75 characters valid

I would specifically like to mention that The staff and service of The The Galaxy were excellent hosts and ensured that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall a good experience with value for money. Washroom and cleanliness is great and although The room space was perfect for two and okay for three adults The overall cleanliness and courtesy of staff was great

First the cordial behaviour of the staff will mesmerize you and then the beauty of the wooden furnished design of hte The Galaxy and lavished bathroom and bedroom. Quality of food at your convenient time will let you feel at home. The cleanliness of the The Galaxy and its surroundings will let you to stay more.

Overall a nice and comfortable stay at Hotel The Galaxy, Mirzapur. A complete value for money proposition. Very centrally located, near from the railway station as well as from the main city of Mirzapur and the marketplace. Conveyance also easily available for going different places in the city.

The The Galaxy is situated in heart of city and you can get everything of your need around The Galaxy. The service of The Galaxy staff is quick and hospitality is also nice. My room was spacious but a kind of smell was there. Overall, one can choose this The Galaxy if staying in Mirzapur.

It is a good property to stay in Mirzapur. From out side or front elevation is not judge the inner quality / lavish Big room sizes with well furnished (sofas, double bed, study table) all are good feel me.
