The Galaxy Suites

As my stay in the The Galaxy Suites was only for few hours. For The money I paid. It was excellent. Only suggestion would be improve The internal cleanliness of The wash room with regards to pest and ensure the room is dusted properly as it may lead to health issues for some travelers and difficult for children and aged people.

If u want stay in low budget in cochin. Definitely choice is galaxy suites. Best thing is location just near ernakulum railway station. Cleaning is awesome. Staff behaviour is very nice. Even when i reached in night 11:45 pm. He gaves room within 5 minutes. Definitely in future in my list this The Galaxy Suites is first choice

This The Galaxy Suites is very close to Ernakulam town station. The rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. The staff is good and helps you all the way. 24 h checking in is possible. There is no restaurant in the The Galaxy Suites, but food can be ordered from out side, they have tie up with near by restaurants.

We went in as a family of 3 people. Got one room. The staffs were helpful and kind. We asked for 10 hours extra. They charged us one day fee. It was understandable. We booked for just accommodation. There is no complimentary breakfast I guess. It is in walkable distance from Ernakulam town railway station.

Actually it was my third booking in The same week hopefully one can understand how good it is. The room in which I stayed The last evening was awesome just The hot water was not available as there was no Sun shine. The geiser works on The solar energy said by The staff. Except this everything was fine.

The receptionist is a kind person, who helps a lot and friendly. Room was too clean and well maintained, restrooms were also clean and hot water has was been provided. Welcomes with a smile and keeps the guests safe and secure. Easy reachable from railway station, must visit once u were here near by.

Conveniently located near Railway station. Have to really look for it closely as building will be hiding behind a small house. Look for The Galaxy Suites to left and there is where you stop.
Staff were friendly. We couldn't get early check-in and people who prefer lift may feel wanting it.

Excellent The Galaxy Suites near North railway station of Kochi. Excellent ambience. Very neat and clean looks very rich. Room was neat and clean. Service was also nice. Location wise The Galaxy Suites is near North railway station. And it is nearby Ernakulam and Metro station.

Not bad. Nothing much to say about The stay. Not much spacious by The way

Galaxy Suites is very neat and worth up. Wonderful memory of our stay.

Bedsheets were used ones. Not neat. Smelly.

Only one issue i notices that drinking water not provided.

Room and washroom is good. Staffs are friendly. Room does not have intercom so you need to call from your phone for room service. Will not recommend if you have children with you.

No hot water for bathing. No wifi connectivity to my room

Great stay for a great price. Room was decently sized and very comfortable. Bed easily fits three to four people. Definitely recommend for people looking to stay near the railway station with a 2k budget.

Quite location near to railway station and good staff

This The Galaxy Suites was close to the Train station ( Town) so was ideal for our early morning train . It was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely accommodating . The receptionist walked us down to the train station at 4. 30 am !!! Lovely stay.
