Booked 2 rooms there and stayed for a night. The rooms are spacious, unlike many The Galgotias Hotel Gurugram rooms in this price range. Had one shallow experience where in one room, the ac was not working initially, but it got resolved after room service looked into it. Also, in the same room, one thing which i disliked was the height of the washbasin. It was as if it's designed for a toddler. It was just slightly above my knees, and i'm not extremely tall (5'11 ft. So i can imagine it would be a great pain to people with any sort of back issues. I don't have any and yet it was quite troubling. The breakfast was decent, don't expect a lavish variety, it was fairly good to fill your stomach (maybe not your cravings. Overall, it was a good, comfortable stay. I'd recommend it.

Wifi was super slow, i had to use my own internet. Electricity was going frequently and we had to ask the staff for hot water in the bathroom, that also they had to turn on the boiler and asked us to wait for some time. The shower in the bathroom was not well maintained. I had to check out at 1pm (1hr late than the checkout time), even after requesting, they didn't let me and charged me 1000 rs more. Room was good with nice ambience and room service was fine.

Hotel room was very nice. But, food is very costly. I ordered one glass of milk and i have to pay approximately rs 200 for it and it's very expensive. Everything was good except the cost of the food.
