Overall stay was good. There was a lot of traffic noise and breakfast menu was also not provided. But it is close to the market. You can get all the eating points nearby approx 100mts distance. I didn’t click images

It was OK to stay due to urgent requirement. Staff was good and cooperative. Thanks.

It is poorly managed g house. Breakfast is very poor. No dining area. Only room service avialable. Very difficult to find location. Google map does not take you to this location. No briefing on the front desk when you check in. Hidden charges are applied I don’t understand why make my trip recommended this place. This place is not even value for money. Nothing personal.

Overall a good experience. Service was quick. Room needed maintenance. Staff was okay. I was there with my daughter. Security was average. No guards as such. Very near to Galleria market. 10 minutes walk.

The location as provided in the confirmation mail for the hotel was not correct and actual location was for a different guest house. Had to spend time on locating the place. All basic amenities were available and room was clean. Did not find professional approach in the staff. Security was lacking. Had to request for parking inside the premises.

Very close to galleria market - a happening place. Hotel is close to both M.G. Road metro and Huda city center metro.

It was aswsome as a Muslim I got to eat halal food easily in all Kareem and saleems.

Never experienced such an awful stay, it was a shady dirty place with dirty ambience and staff. A dharamshala would have been a better place then this hotel. Oyo and other economical apps won't refer to such property.

Its just a guest house. Please note below points that were a turn off: 1. Security & Privacy- No security of luggage or personal belongings. I checked into a room (first floor) and then went for my work. When I came back someone else had occupied my room though my luggage was still there in the room. 2. Service-The staff does not know how to serve the customers. Rude, rugged and unprofessional staff 3. Food - Pathetic food served with excessive salt and chilly 4. Cleanliness - Bed covers, pillow covers seemed unwashed. 5. Entertainment - A TV that could barely be seen (images were blurr) 6. Restaurant - Roof Top restaurant (as shown in pics) was closed and the staff rebuked when I asked for a meal there I have started doubting the credibility of MakeMyTrip with this stay as they said its a 3 star property. It would be really useful if MakeMyTrip take precautions to prevent association with such low quality hotels.

Amazing place. It has very nice rooms and very good location just adjoining galleria market. Lots of Arabic people come here, may be they are coming for long term stay. If you get online booking and avail discount then you will love this place all the more. Try this place. Raju Bhai is a good manager. He open doors for me and was taking calls at 2. 00 am in the morning. Cheers to him.

Mine was a business trip and I stayed at Galleria residency for good 10 days. The place is beside the Galleria market which makes it well situated and is quite near to the metro station. The staff was good and overall it was a good stay. Food quality was good and was served in time. Cleanliness was also fine. No issue as such but if you have your own vehicle, parking car could be a little concern, nothing to be really worried about. Staff is good, laundry service was fine.

The only thing I like the most is that it is just adjacent to The Galleria market, a super-duper location. Moreover all other things (facility, quality, service, food etc. ) are just average. Nothing to be surprised of! A low cost valuable hangout place.

Please avoid ground level rooms. Rest everything is good. They have lot of long stayer which is why most of the time they are booked to the capacity and you end up having ground level room which is not ideal. Some of them are without window. Otherwise thumbs up for the location and infrastructure.
