Cleanliness is a term this place seems to not understand or know. State of washroom looked as if it has not been cleaned for days. Curtains, sofa, linen has fresh stains of cleaning the hands.

Good hygiene, Good service it could be better , room was exact as i saw in pics, only one thing I found strange was free mineral was only one bottle for one day rest all was charged by them at the time of check out, they didn't even told us

had a wonderful experience at the Gamora From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping.
