Everything was damaged. Not maintained anything properly.. No one was there for rope activities.. Its not at all recommend for family with small kids.

Service was very poor and there was no air condition in the restaurant mainly the service people they are busy all the time not even paying attention

The room which was allotted was not in good condition, the AC was not working properly, the TV was not working, they took half an hour to set right this, later they allotted a different room, where AC was working but there was no feel of AC, tv was working but unwanted free channels were available, overall I don't recommend this resort.

The property is old and very average. Room was full of mosquitoes and definitely it had not been deep cleaned in the past.The food was average.Shower head broken in the washroom. The usp of this place is the pool. Overall, it was an ok experience and the price is on the higher stay for this place.

I booked this resort for a day stay & it has great ambience. Rooms are spacious & well maintained. Food was tasty & many varieties for veg. Staffs were very kind & supportive. In terms of indoor & out door games, there are not much options.

Budget stay We paid 7K for family of 4 including all 3 meals and evening tea. Good adventure activities and swimming pool was clean and neat. Rooms was very average but no complaints for this cost. Children park could hv maintained better. Food taste and quantity was good. Breakfast was complimentary but very minimal options.. Overall good place to hangout with friends and family

Room service was not good, towel etc were given to direct check-in guests whereas for us no towel given. Tv was not working. We have opted for "all meals" but there was no clarity given on the menu and timings etc the outdoor equipment was not maintained/cleaned. No one was there to assist the outdoor and indoor games. Items were there for fire camp but no one initiated it. Overall experience was bad. Our suggestion is staff and employees need to be trained for handling the guests and to explain or help
