Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great location. Friendly service. Food and quality of food - really great. Friendly staff all around. Pretty decent breakfast spread. Overall great experience. The checkout process could have been less stressful. They were struggling with GST billing. The location is easily accessible and all amenities are available close by. The rooms were clean and they did not differentiate a customer coming from makemytrip. The checking process was also smooth. They have a wonderful SPA that can be used. All other tariff in the menu were within budget and irates we're pretty OK.

Good & satisfactory stay for the money we paid. We were three people so they provided the room accordingly. We checked in late afternoon And restaurant was closed but staff arranged lunch for us at restaurant so a special thanks to them. Complimentary breakfast was superb. Only a little complaint : we asked for Ayurvedic massage but it was not provided as staff was not available. Overall it was a good experience staying at Gokulam and I will recommend my friends for this The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotel while in Cochin.

Cleanliness of the room was good enough. Food was also OK but quantity is too less for that price comparing any other The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotels in town with similar rating. The location is very good and in the center of the city. Being next to metro station is nice and handy to avoid driving in busy Cochin traffic. The construction work on the road in front making it bit tricky to drive out of the The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotel. Especially when there is heavy traffic.

Would highly recommend .. We stayed at the honeymoon suit was well .. Very luxurious .. Great view of the city!

Hotel is Very Well Located Nearby Kaloor Metro Station and Walkable from Ernakulam Town Railway Station. Quality of Food is Very Good. Staff are also very courteous and provide Prompt Service. But the Hotel Looks a bit Old and needs some renovation.

Major silk houses like seematti jayalakshmi Chennai silks is easily accessible from the The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotel. The food is awesome. The room was wonderful. We had a wonderful stay.

Locality, ambience, staff politeness everything was amazing. I wld recommend to stay at-least once if place is kochi.

Stay was good nothing to comment as the Metro work going on near by, rooms are having some dust and as it is in the main road hope this was common. Better The Gokulam Park - A Sarovar Hotel & can suggest to some of my colleagues.

Property is located close to ernakulam town railway station and adjusant to kaloor metro station. Food is average. The rooms are small but overcharged since it has tie-up with sarovour group
