Good apartment unit. Very clean premises, rooms, bedsheets, towel s. Rooms are very well designed to provide appeal and comfort. It has in premise restaurant with diverse menu. All and all a very nice stay. Will visit again.

Toilet facilities can be better and the room has Rodents and looks like they need proper insect treatment and rodent treatment

Service is non-existent. Management acts as if they are doing you a favour. The rooms smell of smoke, are dusty and facilities like the kettle are filthy. Avoid!!

The Gold Haven Serviced Residences is perfectly located in Kharadi. The staff are supportive and services top notch. Food in the in-house restaurant is also delicious. Highly recommended stay.

I frequently book this stay when I do office visits, it is near the WTC tower so it is very convenient for me. They have parking space for 6-8 cars, and I always got a spot irrespective of the time I went back to the hotel. Staff behavior is also good.

spacious rooms & clean bathrooms - staff was a little hostile but overall experience was good. I stay for just 1 night

Too much cockroaches in room,rooms not maintained and demanded to pay for visitor..............

It's always cool to stay at this hotel however this time I was not allowed to welcome my guest in room ... U can check my booking i often book it .. to spend some time with friends like in house get together... Feel good at times to be away from home ..hahahah ... But this time I was not allowed which was upsetting

Provision of mosquito nets for Windows and Balcony would be an addon to keep cross ventilation across the apartment when AC is not in use. Great location. lots for eateries around. Rooms are spacious. Everything is good except the air conditioners.

It's was pleasant stay. And reception employee who worked in morning is very professional and had a smily face. That is good because customers are tired from there travel and when hotel employees treat them with smile it automatically feels good. Also Nobody disturb me or get into my private space like ringing bell for if you need anything. Thanks for hosting me. Will definitely come again if I visit pune.

Good place. TV is old should be updated. Utensils in the kitchen are less. overall it was good experience

"Clean and comfy hotel in city centre We had a wonderful stay in charming . Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre.

Rooms are a bit old, ACs make noise, door handle and locks are rigid and internet connectivity inside rooms are not good. Food is pretty good as well the behavior of the staff. Poor service. My stay was for 3 days ,every day we have to ask for water / tea/ coffee pouch. Only one water bottle for 2 guest.
