Located in the heart of Kharadi, within 15-20 minutes walking distance of EON and WTC. This is Haven's greatest plus point. Next plus is the variety of food options available within a minute's walking distance. Third plus is staff and food, for the price. Minuses bit noisy, issues with WiFi and TV connection, bit expensive compared to newer options like FLO living.
I've stayed at Haven on multiple occasions in past 2 years. It used to be a value service apartment earlier. Become a bit expensive now, compared to options like FLO living at Eon waterfront, which is much better equipped, at similar price. Staff, food and service are great, for the price offered. However, the issue is little things like limited WiFi bandwidth, used plates lying in the hallways, delayed laundry, TV package not upgraded etc.

In summary, i had very good 5 nights stay in this The Gold Haven Serviced Residences as a business traveler. The place is rightly located, you will get all the necessary thkngs near by. Offices are nearby, and a lot of food and utility options are used. Hotel staff are cooperative and humble and try to fulfill your ask as much possible. The place has a kitchen and a good size menu. The The Gold Haven Serviced Residences is clean and the staff takes care of hyginity. The The Gold Haven Serviced Residences has a lift so easy for elders and people with accessibility needs. Hotel need to work on their internet speed, which is okay but sometime can show range issues, especially during the afternoon.

I booked a service apartment for the first time and was really very impressed with the concept.. Unlike The Gold Haven Serviced Residencess the rooms have more space and feel comfortable.. The service was very prompt.. Property is very well maintained.. Breakfast was OK.. I think they can improve on the quality and can also add lunch/ dinner buffet... Definitely will try more of the service apartments in future and will surely visit the havens again if vist Pune.. Better than the 3 and 4 star The Gold Haven Serviced Residencess.. Recommend for sure..

The The Gold Haven Serviced Residences is situated at very convenient location, though the signage was not visible easily. The rooms and premises were neat and clean, desk staff were nice and courteous, especially Mr Amit, the manager. The food quality was OK with prices little on higher side. I was with my family, We enjoyed our stay there and recommend to others who want a good place to stay at comparatively cheaper rate. Another plus point is availability of many good restaurants nearby, so one may have food of their choice at a walking distance.

One of the best The Gold Haven Serviced Residencess nearby kharadi area. Have stayed at this properly a couple of times and the The Gold Haven Serviced Residences never disappoints. The one bhk rooms are so spacious and super clean. The washrooms are also clean and upto the mark. The staff is so helpful and they are very flexible with check in and check out as well and the bonus point is the food cause they serve some really tasty and yummy food as well. A very good property if you are looking for a stay in kharadi.

the room at gold haven is extra spacious, it is a studio 1 bhk apartment with a small kitchen and excellent bedroom. The bedding, towels and other bathroom accessories are also good like a four star The Gold Haven Serviced Residences. Though the food is not that great, the buffet experience is average to say the least. But at this price it is an excellent deal, you could probably order food from nearby restaurants on food delivery app or go to phoenix Mall or koregaon which is just 15-20 mins away.

We had a long and nice stay in scorching summer last year. Location was very good. Clean room. Amenities were really good esp. The kitchen facility, a small gym, big tv screen, etc. Buffet breakfast included in the room rent was quite okay. Only some intermittent problem with the AC for which room had to be changed. As we had an early morning flight on day of check-out, we asked for packed b/fast (only sandwiches sort of). Unfortunately that was charged extra as we found out after making payment.

Location of Hotel is convenient, lots of hub for shopping, dine out available for the guests, facilities were also good in the budget The Gold Haven Serviced Residences. Please. Make sure when you are booking through make my trip the The Gold Haven Serviced Residences will allott the room only after 1 'O clock or 2 pm in afternoon as per the worst policy of make my trip. Why it is not 12 PM that Make My Trip need to rethink.

It was a nice stay, room was spacious, but need to work on bedsheets becoz it was dusted

No disturbance, easy accessible

They are not allowing visitors for some time. That is only issue which I faced. Remaining all are very good. Also staff was good and friendly. They have helped in extending my checkout in a short notice and shifted me to another room. But they took Full day money.

The rooms where spacious and clean. The whole arrangement is well managed. I stayed in executive suite which was 1bhk suite, with AC's and in both room and hall, 1 refreigerator, microwave and oven. The The Gold Haven Serviced Residences is on main road and everything of need is in reach by 2 mins. Improvement area should be enough utensils in kitchen.
