The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa

I encountered a few issues during my recent stay at your The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, the check-in process was delayed, and there was a lengthy waiting period at checkout as the staff was checking whether all the items in the room were still present. I have never experienced such a situation where guests are kept waiting for the staff to inspect the room's contents. To make matters worse, the The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa staff did not inform me about this check or the process during check-in. Additionally, we ordered tea from the restaurant and used two extra mugs that were already in the room. These mugs were placed outside the room for the service staff to collect, as per the standard procedure. However, during checkout, the The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa staff mentioned that these mugs should have remained in the room. If this was the case, I fail to understand why the restaurant service staff took the mugs in the first place. This lack of communication led to confusion and unnecessary delays during checkout. I believe clearer communication regarding The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa policies—particularly regarding the use of in-room items—would have helped avoid this situation. I would also like to address the issue I experienced with the restaurant service during my stay. On the first day, it took more than an hour for my order to be served, and when the food finally arrived, it was incomplete. This delay and the incomplete order were disappointing, as I had expected better service from the The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa’s restaurant. Such delays and mistakes are not what we would expect from a The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa of this caliber, and they added to the overall frustration during my stay. I hope you will take this feedback into account and work to improve the timeliness and accuracy of service in the future. Check-in and check-out process could be smoother for guests.

We had four days stay for family. Very pleasant family tour to goa especially to cover south goa and one of important part was to find right The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa. Property location - near to colva beach and market. Food excellent. Amenities ok. Gym was closed, swimming pool not so much clean. Staff service - quite good, helpful, cheerful. Outside The Golden Crown Hotel & Spa- taxi stand, quite higher rates, cabs availability faster compared to goamiles. (goamiles is quite cheaper compared to taxi based.

I had a very good experience with this staying the rooms are very clean, and the staff gave a quick response every time.

Hotel location was very good, room interior was amazing and bath tub was also very good (unexpected thing), pool was quite big, breakfast menu was quite good and food was very tasty

Rooms are clean but effective pest control required, 15 minutes walk from Kolva beach, staff is gentle and cooperative
