The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa

I had a wonderful experience at the golden palms spa and resort. It's located around 15 kilometers from hebbal bridge, and the journey to the resort was enjoyable without any traffic. The staff at the reception were welcoming, although it would have been nicer if they smiled more. They offered us a welcome drink, which was alright. The ground staff were friendly and polite. When we arrived at our room, i was immediately impressed. It was spacious and the best part was the view of the swimming pool. All the rooms are arranged in a circle, overlooking the pool, which was amazing. Each room also had a large balcony, adding to the overall comfort. The swimming pool was large and inviting. Since it was a sunny day, the experience was even more enjoyable. The sauna was also great, and we were able to use the steam room for free during our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved: 1. The restaurant doesn't have a very nice ambiance and feels quite outdated. The food is average. 2. The bar is small and not very visually appealing. 3. The bathroom could be more modern, as some of the fittings seem to be getting old. However, overall, i highly recommend this resort as it offers great value for money. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

This resort is really awesome for any kind of team outing or for a weekend stay for a day or two, we had a very good experience while staying here during the weekend. This resort has lots of open space and indoor and outdoor games as we didn't had enough time to explore all the games but managed to play cricket 🙂 The swimming pool is one of the most attractive place for kids as well as for the adults. So please don't forget to get your swim suit along with you. The food quality and taste is also good. So I will definitely recommend and I will also prefer to visit again.

It's in a good, quite location and within bangalore. The check in process was smooth. The room was good but the outer look was more of a lodge kind of a look. The person who brought the luggage was clearly expecting money which was quite evident the was he banged the door. The wifi is very bad almost non existent and the mobile data reception is also bad. Food was good. Special mention to biswajeet who served us dinner on both the days. Excellent hospitality by him. The food is very expensive. Overall it was a good stay

An excellent place to relax. Such a big campus, located outside city with complete calm. The staff members - from reception to room service to pantry staff - everyone were kind and helpful. The rooms are really clean and hygienic. Though it was 100% occupancy, the management did everything perfectly to make things easier for everyone. Overall, worth for money and we can have relaxed time. It has a big swimming pool, indoor sports, a few restaurants and poolside bar.

Property is on the outskirts of bangalore, not too far off from the main road. It's very picturesque and green. Will be a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Only one restaurant is currently operational. The buffet spread is not very huge but the taste is good and a la carte options are available. The staff has been reduced due to covid, because of which the service is a bit slow. Otherwise it's a good staycation option away from the main city hustle bustle.

The resort is very good and had a great big swimming pool and the dining area. I went with family on new year eve. The new year gala finnier is superb. Everyone admired it most. It's great to see good maintenance and hygienic cleanliness taken care by staff with maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask and sanitising all the common areas frequently. We had a great one night stay. We will visit again in future for long duration.

This resort is located very much at the outskirt of bangalore but at the same time, reachable in minutes. Their overall service, cleanliness, hygienic, food quality, supporting staff and processes are smooth. This 5 star property is a best place for all - kids, bachelors, couple, family and aged. They delivered what is mentioned at the time of booking. The mobile network is good and they do provide wifi service, which is again good.

Property is good and huge. Swimming pool is the best attraction over there. Food was really good (only veg) on request they do non veg menu. Games are available like squash, foosball, table tennis and billiards. Rooms were good but the bathroom is not so great as its quite old buildings. Great outing location for family and friends over weekend.

Dinner options were limited with very little options for starters. But overall a pleasant experience

Stay could have been much better.

It was an beautiful stay to enjoy with family and moreover swimming pool was maintained in good condition and rooms also very cleanly maintained but only thing that disappointed was food, any items we buy that was more expensive and also taste was also not good. I give 0 star for food section, other than regarding stay was very very good.

The property is very good. The room and bathroom are neat and clean. Friendly service. Great ambiance. The food and beverages are costly. But quality of food is good. One suggestion is that someone from the front office should visit during the early hours of the stay to explain the facilities available

The stay was peaceful and the food was good. The menu was limited in non- veg options. Room was comfortable. The ambience and feel of the resort was pleasant. It needs a bit more maintenance. The walking track of 800m was a good way to encourage you burn few calories and stay active.

Enjoyed the stay with good amenities. Resort is near and clean. Rooms are very good and spacious. Some things could be improved like not having proper sports equipment. Ex: tt, cricket ball etc.

the place is quite peaceful and big. a lot of greenery around. good fun for kids. room service is also good and quick. rates are quite reasonable. food was good and lot of variety available. over all good place to enjoy 👍
