Review for Golden Palm Resort I had a wonderful stay at Golden Palm Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing experience. The service was excellent, with the staff being courteous and attentive to every need. The sauna and spa facilities were a bit far and not fully active during my visit, but the overall ambiance of the resort made up for it. The only downside was the food—there was no non-vegetarian option available, which was a bit disappointing. If the dining options were more diverse, it would have been a perfect stay. Nonetheless, the overall experience was great, and I would recommend it for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Overall it was good, the The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa service and food was excellent. Rooms are spacious and nice. But only the front office staff behaviour is not good, infact while check out they were asking for few id related documents which shd have asked during check in, they were literally rude and pathetic behaviour. The first point of contact is front office staff, if they are not good then the whole stay experience goes for a task.

It was a great stay and a great place to spend time with family and friends. Very calm and peaceful. Waiting to go again

The stay was good and the place was so calm and serene with beautiful lushes and a swimming pool. Evenings are very pleasant and there is a balcony where one can chill and unwind. The staff were courteous ( i ordered one set of phulka as i was alone and the guy gave me three saying two might not be enough for me. The only issue was the breakfast spread should have been still better.

It was amazing. The hospitality was just mind blowing and the food also was very delicious, the staff was very helpful and kind the spa experience was wonderful. Very peaceful and luxurious stay.

There is surely a room for improvement. Things need to be more advanced, customer oriented/focused. Maintenance matters a lot, running the show would be very challenging for sure.
