The Golden Suites

The room was very nice, spacious enough and clean. Bathroom was also good. I paid 1500 for ac room and it was worth. Location of the The Golden Suites is perfect. But the staffs are north indian people and they only speak hindi. Also the parking is not good for both car and bike. They have a parking but its in front of the nearby shops. For nighttime its ok, but day time those shops will be open. I parked my vehicle there for the night and it was ok. The staff told me not to hand-lock my bike because they might need to move it when some other vehicles comes in. That thing i couldn’t agreed with them. There was no watchman nor gates and how can i sleep well leaving my bike unlocked. So i didn’t do it. I locked my bike and nothing happened. Especially my bike was a premium model i couldn’t leave it unlocked. Everything else about the The Golden Suites is perfect for the price range. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. They dont have an electric heater, they are using solar heater. So hot water availability is your luck.

Golden suit was a nice ambiance calm and quite stay. Very friendly staff called me before arrival for enquire checkin time. Rooms are well maintained clean bathrooms also. All amenities are good. Tv, towels, shampoo, soap. Totally satisfied and definitely give 5 ratings for the property. Near to marine drive and st. Alberts college, high court totally i m glad to share my experience

The The Golden Suites is in very good location. Very near to railway line metro and boat jetty. Marine drive and mg road is very near by and good restaurents are also available in the vicinity. Demerit is the customer service could be much better

It was a good experience on staying at golden suits, the staff was friendly and it was neat and good, had a good parking space and it was couple friendly and it's near to the railway station, we had a good night in golden suitsthank you.

It was nice experience at this property. Few drawbacks are, didn't arrange mosquito repellents or coil. Solar water supply is there, they told. But we didn't get any hot water for our 3 days stay.

Temperature check will be a good safety addition in future. The waste bins were kept outside the room, which was a bit inconvenient and there was no elevator there

We stay only for day but The Golden Suites staff service is best at very low price
