The location is in the heart of the city. The The Golkonda Hotel Banjara Hills is an old one but maintained well. The room is found clean with basic amenities. Ac is fine. The bathroom is found clean with basic toiletries. Buffet breakfast is very good with a wide range of items. Staff behaviour is found courteous and well mannered. Overall i had a comfortable stay. A paradise briyani takeaway counter is located close by. Sightseeing places like charminar, chowmahalla palace, golconda fort are half an hour drive from the The Golkonda Hotel Banjara Hills. The airport is 45 to 50 minutes drive.

It was a wonderful experience and stay. Hotel has a good breakfast area with variety and delicious items. Staff was very polite and caring. Just to recall, when i was waiting for my cab after checkout then welcome staff started interaction and we started discussing about city and people. What i mean to say is that they won't make you feel that they are unknown to you. Portion of the quantity that i have ordered was also sufficient enough for 2 people.

The staff is very polite and eager to help. We had taken buffet breakfast as well as dinner. Buffet had lots of options and was scrumptious. We wanted to have dinner at their restaurant jewels of nizam but had to miss it. Altogether it was an amazing staycation.

Good place, as i am a regular guest there. My honest review is. Its good in price it comes. Positives are - excellent location, good house keeping, good cleaning, good size of the rooms, awesome b fast - in taste, spread, variety and services. Negatives may be - small lobby - less place to sit or do meetings, old property and very crowded and busy road outside. Over all, 8. 5/10.

Mr pradeep yadav and whole team was so helpful. Food was excellent in taste and quality. Room were very clean and room service was also very good.

All good. Felt they have in- adequate housekeeping staff for some floors. We had to wait for room to be cleaned even we informed at 8am and re-tuned around 4pm. The room was not cleaned. They cleaned room kept us waiting outside the room.

Location is placed in heart of the city and closer to the hussain sagar. Food is good and delicious. Facility and services are good. Staff are very supportive.
