The hotel itself is beautifully maintained — clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with all modern amenities in perfect working condition. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring the room remained fresh and tidy every day. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. Every staff member I encountered from reception to room service, housekeeping to restaurant staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Their attention to detail, genuine smiles, and willingness to assist with any request created a warm and welcoming environment. They will treat you just like a family, according to my experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. familyExtremely unsatisfactory experience..they show you pictures of their deluxe rooms as standard rooms and then when you book the standard room they give you awful rooms…. They don’t have a chef so they can’t provide you with lunch or dinner. Breakfast only has bread omelette. They don’t have power back up…Even their bathrooms don’t have proper amenities..hand jet was broken the windows blinds were not working so we had no privacy even in the washroom..they hesitate to give u a cup of tea also if u ask them..all in all not a good place to stay

Dear KG! At the outset, thank you for having chosen us for the stay. You were informed that the Chief chef is observing the full day Ramadan fasts. The staff tried their utmost to keep you comfortable in every sense. You couldn't act parliamentary even in one instance and you continue with canards! We are so thankful to all those guests who treat the staff with human touch, affection and respect. They are the ones who have given a lot of positive feedback. We do have so much guest encouragement, keeping our shoulders broad.

It was a beautiful experience to stay …we loved it …Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
