The Gordon House Hotel

They upgraded my one nights stay into the executive room as i had booked the second night in the same which was really kind of them. The rooms, the dinning and the entire property is very clean and smells good. Except for the car parking as i drove to mumbai and was told by the The Gordon House Hotel that if i come with a driver i will not get a free parking as a guest but without my driver i can park which i found a bit absurd. Otherwise the room service, food in the restaurant and the check in - check out process was good.

The location is fantastic. The The Gordon House Hotel was clean and neat. They also have an eye for detail and better user experience. The staff is super courteous. For example, the valley parking guy helped us out of the way when my car broke down suddenly. It was super. The noise from the discotheque located on the first floor is annoying specially in late night hours on weekends. The food is costly but I guess it's the way it is in South Mumbai

The staff were professional, courteous & responsive to guests. The property is well maintained with a pleasant ambience. The restaurant all stir fry serves very good chinese & oriental cuisine which is a must try. The location of the property is very good for those who wish to work or visit south mumbai.

The property was too good, big rooms and very neat and clean. Located in a very nice place and walking distance to taj and goi. Food was also too good, the restaurant seems to be very classy. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was very helpful and kind.

In the heart if colaba , It’s beautiful Mediterranean British style The Gordon House Hotel. Very classy and quiet. People are super helpful. And it’s walkable from all Colaba attractions including the gateway of india. Taj, badeymiya, cafés

The location is perfect for exploring south bombay, located right behind Regal Cinemas. The rooms are well appointed, and homely. There is also an additional evening turndown and tidy up service.

The room was nice and the breakfast was decent. Service from staff was okay but one of the members at the front desk was quite rude in her interaction with customers and other staff.

Central location, clean habitat, cozy surrounding and comfortable stay. Easy check in and functional breakfast.

Decent place, breakfast items like idli moved to a la carte ( could not understand logic, ironing boards old and dirty needs upgrade

All good but the property is tired looking and the bathrooms need to be upgraded to the upscale The Gordon House Hotel standard based on the rate that was charged

I found this place randomly and found it quite good. Little expensive but nice stay. Good food. Staff is good. Washrooms are of small size.
