the bed linen was not clean, it had stains on the sheet. further more bed bugs were present. toiletries were not adequate.

No restaurant, no morning coffee, incase u need breakfast, you need to inform the previous night. you can't select ur breakfast menu. Apart from cut fruit of their choise,they will serve you two dish at their choise.

Amenities - all good. But hair dryer, iron, laundry bags, etc. are good additions to some lower tariffs as well. After all they are not that low in cost. Keep bigger water bottles in the room. Staff attitude is pleasant and humble.

Though it was a single night stay, it was a perfect stay. Enjoyed the dinner and good sleep. The room and toilet were very clean. The reception staff was also very friendly and accommodative. Will always choose the same hotel for my future stay at Kottayam

The location, amenities, and courteousness of the staff were perfectly blended, creating a wonderful experience. The restaurant and menu looked amazing, though I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try them. One area where I felt there was room for improvement is the addition of a deli or coffee shop that operates for at least 18 hours a day to better cater to guests' needs. Thank you.

The stay was pleasant and we loved it. The property is situated right in the center of city making it more convinient for everybody. I had a fantastic stay last week! The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was just as described—if not better.
