Food is okay, Room is decent on budget, but service is very poor , they can't solve your problem

worst experience till date firstly they were late at the check in procedure then there lights went off no water and no proper answer from the hosts

Not provide towels, no cleaning, Ac& TV remote damage.

Staff services and hygiene too bad 🙃

The room service staff kept disturbing me repeatedly and was asking for the room key even before the checkout time. He was extremely rude and didn’t speak properly. I really didn’t like this at all — we pay so much for comfort and privacy, yet the housekeeping staff keeps disturbing us and responds rudely. It was a very bad experience.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room and services did not meet my expectations. Cleanliness and customer service could be improved. There were some insects. Pillow cover quality poor. Staff behaviour was not good. Washroom door was broken. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on providing a better experience for future guests.

Dirty, horrible, not for family or for friends group.

The room was alright but the bed broke within 3 hrs of my stay which has never happened in my 4 yrs of stay in anukampa

Disappointing Stay at Jaipur. I recently stayed in Jaipur, expecting a luxurious experience given its high cost. Unfortunately, the reality was far from my expectations. Upon entering the room, I was dismayed to find outdated furnishings and amenities that seemed to have been neglected for a long time. The TV was broken, the oven wasn't working, and the cleaning was subpar. To make matters worse, the bathroom doors were damaged, and the overall ambiance was uninviting. The experience was a letdown, and I felt that the hotel failed to justify its exorbitant price. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's essential for the management to revamp the facilities, upgrade the amenities, and focus on providing a clean and comfortable environment for guests. Rating: 1/5 stars Recommendation:Avoid this hotel unless you're looking for a budget option with no expectation

During our recent stay at this hotel as a couple, we were deeply disappointed by the overall experience. The room was in an unacceptable condition-visibly dirty with burn marks in several areas, a non-functional tap, an unclean bathroom, and soiled bedsheets, making it an entirely unpleasant stay. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were disorganized and inefficient. We strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations due to the poor standards of cleanliness and service.

Very bad service And cleaning is very very bad

I wanted to check in around 1PM but after multiple room check-ins, room was given in the night 1:00AM. My room was filled with cockroaches and other insects, host said he can’t do anything. I had a terrible stay there. I request you for a refund asap.
