I never seen poor hotel then the grand anukampa inn ever in my life I checked its room which you charged which is seriously terrible I’m not happy

Dont book this hotel due to below reasons 1. Foul smell 3. They allocated room very late. We arrived at 1 pm waiting at reception area and after 3 hours, we got dirty and unheigenic room. 4. Very bad washrooms. 5. We found hairs inside bedsheet.

Hotel is ok . But hotel service is very poor. I was arrived at hotel around 2 AM midnight so that I called hom to hotel person but he did not received any call and not reverse call.

Review: Booking these so-called studio apartments was the worst . Everything is in pathetic condition—dirty, stinking rooms, filthy linen, broken AC, non-functional fan, no induction, and useless kettle. Maintenance is zero, hygiene is nonexistent. If there were negative stars, I’d give them. Don’t even think of booking this place, not even in your worst nightmare.

location is good but staffs behaviour is very rude... food service very very poor u order the food and wait atleast 3 to 4 hours..food quality is very very baad i suggest that no one come to this hotel waste of mon

Very disappointing stay. The contact person was upon arrival and assigned me an office staff room instead of a proper guest room. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the property resembled an OYO room, with the room itself looking more like a maintenance storage area. The fan was noisy and appeared to be loosely hanging. The AC remote was not working, and the RO water purifier was out of order. The bread toaster was rusty, and there was sugar and tea scattered inside the wardrobe. Additionally, I was disturbed late at night and early in the morning by staff asking for the room key and access card well before the standard checkout time.
