This was one of the terrible stay i had in the grand anukampa, the room was not in good condition and the mattresses were too old. The bathroom flush was not working and the caretaker asked us to use the bucket. There was no proper kit given. Overall this was the worst sayty i ever had

you can not say it is a hotel because it is apartmet experience Hotel staff totally seperated They will not entertain us said we have no authority its feel like we bought an independent house their is no person for service provide. In morning no bath soap,toothpaste ,no toothbrush is their .Ms.simran does not pick call in morning.I am very thankful to Customer care of make my trip they fully support and take action as soon as i informed them.but kindly mention in hotel discription that its only in building of hotel grand anukampa their us no connection with hotel facilities and staff. After full payment they deposit 1000 rs cash as a security money which is refundable but i never seen any hotel which deposit rupees as a security. please look out this issue it is not healty sound and also affect your image also.

The place could have done a lot better the cleanliness of the place was really bad the bed and the washroom was not cleaned properly though the booking was easy and the staff the very professional

After paying the etire amount through mmt, owner asked for more 1000 rs before checkin. If i wont pay then she wont allow to do checkin. No tissu. Was available, room was stinking

Good hotel but due to diwali there was no housekeeping staff in the morning also at night rooms are big neat & clean

It was terrible experience during my stay in The Grand Anukampa Studio Apartment. Room check-in not given on time. After so many calls, they were given us their office room because of non-availability of room during weekend, but I was booked my room before one month from journey date. Room was also not clean. Wardrobe access is not given. The amenities shown were not provided. Proper crockery not provided. Microwave, fan and A/c Was not working. In the bathroom shower was broken. Proper crockery was not provided, some crockery was given but which was not clean and very stinky. In our room there was almirah which were locked with they product and they were always disturb us to take product from almirah. They knocked the door any time also in night to take product. I never recommended anyone to go their.
