The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Conveniently located near the highway its spacious entrance and the grand lobby made us forget the strenuous road trip during the day. Ashish and sumit were very welcoming even at those late hours. They kept the restaurant open passed midnight only for us the have dinner. Zaira, shivangi and sandeep got us warm and delicious food with smiling faces. The rooms are clean and spacious and the air conditioning just right. The hallways and passages carried an aromatic fragnance which will refresh anyone after a hard day. The morning breakfast spread was good, though a little wider choice could have been better. Lovely and sob-hit at the front desk were very accommodating with our late checkout and secretarial assistance. Overall a great experience which i will strongly recommend for a business traveller. Sincere gratitude to all the staff and apologies if i has missed or miss-pelt your names. Keep up the good work.

Very nice property with amazing rooms and open air restaurants. Pool side open air restaurant. The service and all other standards are like 7 star The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre.s. Out of all one thing which i would like to highlight is the food prices. 1100+ tax for just breakfast and and 200 for a cup of tea. I took breakfast and ordered bread toast and omelets. But omelets were not cooked properly. It was very bad and me and my guest left the breakfast and still i was charged 1100+tax. Same happened on lunch, ordered a pizza but it was but it was also not eatable due to very very spicy. So did not eat the pizza, and i was charged. I hope i will get the refund if this 2 things as it was charged even when food was returned without eating. Apart of that it’s very nice The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre. to stay.

We preferred buffe dinner. One birthday party was already there. During dinner everything were finished no rice or sabji or even roti not served after half an hour about at 11:30pm we complained but we hove to move out without proper meal. At the time of checkout we have complained and they offered 15 % discount on dinner that was about 200-250. It is really shameful for such type of The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre. that it is charging services which are not provided to guests. We didn't accepted their discount and paid full amount so in my opinion The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre. is good but needs improvement for services.

Great property. delicious food👍.cleanliness on top. All facility available (salon , Laundry etc),beauty of the The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre. is outstanding. swimming pool view .I have not seen this kind of property in other parts of India. According to shahjahanpur .I never expected this kind of development. n amazed to see the development made by Yogi Government 👌👍🥰

Ours was a 24-hour stay. It was satisfactory and good. The pool was a point that was an attraction for me as I'm a water lover. The breakfast was good. I like the variety in that. I like the pool sidebar area and the night view of that area. That portion was most enticing for me. And it leads to great photos. Overall I'm happy with my stay

It's a very fantastic experience to stay at the The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre. grand arc shahjahanpur, it's new property with all the facilities except gym in The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre., hote staff is cooperative, hygiene is level is good and food quality is also good, lush green lawn and ample space for parking.
