the stay was fabulous and their service was excellent the rooms were good and big enough for double occupancy and the bathrooms were also clean there was just one problem there under the bed there was a thick layer of dust which gets stuck to my legs every time and one light will always on so it's disturb me in my sleeping but otherwise stay was good thankyou the grand

There was a breach of privacy, we had gone out for some local shopping and upon returning saw there were hotel goods lying on our bed. We had not given any permission for room cleaning or whatever and yet they swiped in. This is a serious breach of our privacy. Besides this the AC was not working properly. There were so many electricity shortages. It felt like a complete waste of money.

My stay at The Grand was very pleasant. ✅ The check in was quick & easy. ✅The property was clean & well maintained. ✅The staffs were helpful & polite. ✅The rooms were clean & well kept. The electic kettle was not working, which they replaced immediately on request. ✅The swimming pool was also very clean. ✅The complimentary breakfast was also nice and more options to choose from. ✅We had our lunch and dinner at their restaurant, it served amazing food.
