The Grand Cliff Resort

I just want to write it as short as I can. So basically I am a frequent traveller and I've stayed in many beautiful 5 star places but The granf cliff resort was something different I don't know why they only have 5 star ratings if it would have been in my hands I would have given 10 stars atleast. This place is such a vibe literally i became emotional leaving this room. It has literally everything from great staff to excellent rooms with a perfect view. One should not even think twice before booking this place l. This will simple give you lifetime experience. What a great time I had here rooms are excellent. Staff behaviour is brilliant so well behaved and always smiling. They actually care about their people. Thank you so much grand cliff for such a lovely experience I would definately gonna come again.

This was one of our most amazing stays in Munnar. Situated on the cliff with breath taking valley view, sunrise, and moon view. One of the best staffs - very helpful and supportive; these guys were super proactive and ensured that we had a phenomenal stay. All amenities were top notch; very hygienic. Lot of activities were offered complementary including nature walk, tea tasting, food session, and yoga session. The staff was very conscious about great customer experience - if the food was taking even a minute more they would offer complementary starters, restaurant staff would come and talk, would send fruits to the room. Overall, a great experience and we are definitely going back again.

I had an amazing stay at The Grand Cliff! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms are bigger than expected. The The Grand Cliff Resort's location was perfect, with easy access to mention nearby attractions . The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my stay.

In fact, the resort is so well-equipped and captivating that we could easily spend the entire day within its premises without feeling the need to step out. From exquisite dining options to relaxing leisure activities, every aspect is designed for comfort and enjoyment. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional—deeply relaxing, incredibly comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyable.

I booked this property for one night. We had excellent stay there. Property is very unique and beautiful. Staff is very helpful and courteous. It has very unique eagle park with lovely waterfall. Resort has arranged many activities to engage the guest like kerala style cooking demo, morning nature walk in beautiful tea garden, tea tasting etc. They have good arrangements for stay and food for the drivers which is really appreciable as the resort is far from the main market.

This resort was an absolute experience from beginning to end. Our room was just perfect with a view that was surreal and it was very spacious. The staff was very respectful and went out of their way to make sure that we were pampered on every aspect . Definitely recommend

The place is well maintained, staff is quite courteous. Liked the surroundings view was quite amazing - few recommendations pls check the TV connections wel in advance before allocating rooms to the guests - also we shout have a copy of menu in the room

All in all it’s superb in food, amenities and services. Staff is very corporative and response is fast.

Just an amazing property for relaxation we enjoyed a lot, the staff was really helpful and responsive and equally helpful in all way, for our 1 year daughter the chef prepared amazing food and everyone took great care of us 4
