Had an amazing stay! Highly recommend. The resort is beautifully designed, and the staff were warm, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay. The views from the property are breathtaking, especially the vast tea plantations right in front of us. We also loved visiting the Eagle Park, which was a unique and fun experience. The spa at the resort was another highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating break.

Great property. Amazing stay. Key highlights were the location, amenities and most importantly the quality of service all around. Breakfast was great. We had lunch and dinner there as well. Chefs Sabareesh and Shilesh were wonderful and took special care. Really enjoyed the morning yoga routine by Gopakumar. the Nature walk had to be cancelled one day due to heavy rains but they managed to get us out there during the second day despite intermittent rains.. It was an amazing experience / location.

The hotel's name is Grand Cliff and has the grand view from everywhere in the hotel. Wonderful, comfortable rooms, beautiful swimming pool, excellent food, great view and nice hospitality. It was Diwali when we visited. The hotel brought some firecrackers and made all the guests burn them after lighting Diyas in the lobby. It was an absolute delight.
