The Grand Eden Hotel

It was a pleasant stay at the property. We welcome their guest, the location is easy to find as defined during the booking.

It was pretty good like rooms was too clean and staff was also good with everyone there best place to stay

Though the hotel's name is "Grand Eden," the rooms are not exactly grand. The walls inside the room have peeling paint and are in a completely shabby state. As for the bathroom, it is not properly maintained either.

Room phone was not working mosquito were in room on reception kept us waiting for 10 minutes. Poor service

Room was very dirty, no drinking water was kept, no towels were kept, room phone was also full of dirt. Room was having too bad smell 😩 Pathetic experience

Medium experience, food limited options room was clean but could be better staff service little slow

worst experience, i booked it for my overseas guest and it was terrible experience, we booked it for two days and arrived at night and at 11.30 one of the staff member came to my room and clicked passport size Pic of my overseas guest and was asking many questions and apart from that there was too much noise and dirty sheets not at all upto the mark so, dint even stayed there the next day

Room is avarage. Food is bad. Much more work to be done on food. Location of hotel is good

the hotel room was properly cleaned and good hospitality service was given to me. the hotel provided me all the support

The hotel lacks maintenance and service. No tea/coffee services before 7. 15 am and nothing kept at rooms for self preparation for tea coffee.

Room was not good.,bathroom was not clean…

Hotel is good but the atmosphere is not so good. They even charge for drinking water can u believe that your paying approx 2. 5k and you won't get a cup of water for free they charge 190 rs from me. Just for an 2 water bottles. To be honest the hotel is feel like horror house. No engegments, no offers, and even they have run out of tv recharge too. That won't except-able from such an iconic hotel. I don't want to go there. It's horrible experience

They have very bad food room was not the same as we saw in the picture the refrigerator smelling i couldn't even breath

Better avoid to stay. In this property. Not maintained at all. Bathroom tap leakage, mattress smelling, bed lining not clean. Service horrible. Only location matters. But without basic facilities it's useless.

Staff was good and rooms were neat and clean. The location of the hotel was fantastic as it is on highway and road touch property so you can get free from traffic

Room are not upto mark as defined in pic food are ok but their services are on below average as per room charged.

According to the price of course we didn’t expect the service like star hotels. But basic hygiene is mandatory. The cleaning of the rooms was not efficient, towels had atypical smell. Above all breakfast was not a buffet. They had few options of oily stuff which they prepared in the kitchen and served. Very oily, i was not sure they had made fresh. No fruits in breakfast. Cereals were displayed but they didn’t had milk. So no option of healthy breakfast. We requested sugar free with the tea in the room reply was test they serve sugar free only once a day. Rest of the room service will come without sugar free sachets that was grossly strange

Hotel needs a maintenance check and food is okay and they charge taxes even on drinking water bottle, they are not giving complimentary water bottles even a single time. We have booked for 2 days and due to some issues we have to cancel for the second day but due to their non cancellation policy we can’t leave the hotel for obvious reasons of wasting money
