Property is big, lush green and has independent access to Narmada waterfront. Location is far away from highway so better to follow the road map correctly. Food quality is good. Staff is polite and service is prompt.

coupleThe property is not maintained and is in bad condition. It was raining and water started dripping from the roof on my pillow at night. Next room offered to us had same problem so moved to another room. Bathroom was in bad condition. Only 1 or 2 staff was was present. Breakfast was pathetic. Just bare subsistence. Manager vanished after first meeting. We were not asked for ids also on arrival.
