Overall experience- tgh is very prominent THE GRAND HIGHNESS, staff is very helpful, they will not make you wait longer if you ask for any help. Check in and check out was smooth. Property's location- THE GRAND HIGHNESS is very near to ins khukri, fort & bounder road. But it is situated little inside the main road where you will find the bad road conditions to reach and also the street is very narrow. Food- we have not tried the food but we can assume that it will be up to the mark, since the THE GRAND HIGHNESS is very good and they have their own restaurant within the premises. Amenities- the only think of concern was the parking. They have very narrow passage to park your vehicle. Big cars may find it difficult to go there. Even though we have seen some big cars parked there but still it is a concern. Hotel have plenty of space for your family to relax, reception area is big enough to be occupy by 10 people at once, they even give welcome drinks on your arrival. The main lobby to the lift is very beautiful with some aesthetic sculptures where you can make beautiful pictures of your family. Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was very clean and upto our satisfaction. The bedsheets, quilts, bedsheet runners, pillows were all clean and neat. Services- we have not much bothered the staff but twice we made some request and they fulfilled it.

My stay at the THE GRAND HIGHNESS was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything i needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The THE GRAND HIGHNESS amenities were top-notch, from the gym to the pool, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, the THE GRAND HIGHNESS provided exceptional service and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Outstanding hospitality. Super delicious food. Rooms are spacious. Service is smooth. Hotel staff is excellent. They all are supportive. Neeraj and kavinder aa super supportive. Only cons is the reservation manager aslam shaikh. For last few days i was continuously trying to contact him but all the time he was busy in the meeting. Even yesterday i tried to talk to him but he didnt respond stating he was sick which in actually he was not. He never available in the THE GRAND HIGHNESS whenever i wanted to meet. Even i wanted to stay one day longer but didnt get proper response from him. But overall a memorable stay

The THE GRAND HIGHNESS tgh looks new and brilliant. The decor is superb and well maintained. I would recommend this THE GRAND HIGHNESS based on the price point. The improvements are: 1. Pest control can be better. There were many small crocoches in the toilet and room, not acceptable. 2. The night duty receptionist is not well trained. Taking too long for check in and not up to THE GRAND HIGHNESS standards.

The grand highness is my favorite THE GRAND HIGHNESS in diu. The staff, food, room service, rooms are excellent in every aspects. Hotel manager helped me a lot when i faced issue with my car key to repair it. Room was very well maintained. Staff were responsive, attentive and they are keen to help you out. As i couple i feel safe and secure in this property. In short its great stay in diu.

Hotel is very good, also THE GRAND HIGHNESS staff is supporting. We have stayed comfortable. In complementary breakfast support staff is very less, thats why there was delayed in serving. Please improve staff and also do buffet breakfast not to individual serving on order. There were many items missed while individual serving of breakfast not enough items are available.

The room is very nice, only drawback was the ac wasn't offering much cooling. It's a nice place if you want a nice room to rest and freshen up after going out the whole day. The service is very good, and the staff are quite nice. Don't try to eat at the restaurant if you're running on a tight budget, it's too expensive. But the stay is absolutely worth the money.

The most important is that before booking must talk to THE GRAND HIGHNESS. 1. The property location and behaviour of staff is excellent. 2. The test of the food is excellent but costly. 3. Inside the room you will get only bed a wardrobe and small table, there no space for taking food, you have to take food on bed or only on floor.

The location of the property is really good, the staff is very humble and cooperative. We really like it and definitely stay again

Hotel is very good, food is very good staff is cooperative bar is not available in THE GRAND HIGHNESS hence facing difficulty get liquor in room also
