Excellent service, Felt like Home

Gives a feel for hostel rather than hotel. Very noisy all night. No water bottle in room and no electric kettle. No cleanliness. Despite they charge rs of 200 at the time of check in for cleaning and using utility.

Great stay. NYC service. Connectivity is good.

Excellent property and excellent stay

Very disappointing experience overall. The service was extremely poor, and there seemed to be no proper staff to handle even basic requirements. From the bell boy to the reception and housekeeping, every interaction was below expectations. We ordered in-room dining, and the food was delivered as if it came from a food delivery app — packed like a takeaway parcel. No plates, cutlery, or proper setup was provided; we were given basic disposables instead. Overall, a very unprofessional experience. Would not recommend booking this place.

They charged extra 300 rupees from us when there is no service or room charges on that time.

Horrible experience, poor services, no internet, tv was not working, they didn't give the lift keys, all in all bad staff, bad management, and not worth money. I did not recommend at all to any body

At the time of check-in I was asked to pay Rs 400 extra towards cleaning / amenites fees... this was not mentioned in the booking details hotel listing /. the booking was non-refundable so had no choice but to pay....

Service is not good, need to follow up again and again and also room bathroom lock is broken

First think the location and hotel name needs to be correct , after that in hotel policy other charges need to be pay compalsary for ( cleaning and amenities) and the washroom is not maintained, ( Geyser not working )

This palace is horrible. No management at all. Room TV is not working. After so many requests they didn’t take any action. No breakfast was served. I wasted my money.
