The hotel is good and so is the staff the only thing which was problematic was the wifi which wasn't working properly

Overall good but room service is not up to the mark. Need to be customer oriented and very problematic for late night check in.

not seen such an unprofessional hotel in my life. on way to hotel when we enquired about our booking, the hotel straight away refused our booking, on approaching hotel confirmed the booking. very like warm reception at hotel, shortage of staff is major issue. room service takes more than an hour to serve common items. bathroom door doesn’t close easily and latch has problem. tea served luke warm. checkout took more than an hour and my husband had to carry his own luggage from third floor and to shout at receptionist as we were getting too late. in totality a third class, worst, unprofessional hotel never seen throughout my life.
