Took some time to finalise this The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel. Stayed here for 1 night. It's an english style The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel which gives an antique feel to everything here with a huge lawn and a big size pool. If you are an early bird then the lawn is best place for a walk. Lots of antiques to see in the room and outside as well. We stayed in deluxe rooms the rooms are very spacious and tastefully done with interiors which gives a colonial style feel. But small repair works needs to be done as its an 105 year old property so you have to bear that in mind. If they improve minor things in the room then its totally worth the price. The service was good. The The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel's manager arranged a cake for my sister's birthday as well. We had soup and veg biryani in dinner which was very well done with all the herbs and spices. Breakfast had a decent spread and it hit the taste buds very well. Overall a good property with a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the grand imperial for one night and the overall experience was sadly not what we had expected. We stayed in the aurangzeb suite, the size of the suite and the bathrooms was very good and so was the ambiance, the major issues were, both the acs were not working properly and even after the technician had checked the cooling was almost negligible, the bed, although of a good size was not comfortable. The food quality needs to be improved substantially for the price they charge. Food is practically tasteless. The staff is extremely polite and very friendly, the ambiance of the The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel is nice and the overall maintenance is good. But, for the tariffs being charged the other things need to be improved upon considerably else, it leaves u with a not too satisfactory experience.

The property is located 15 min from taj mahal and within the reach of the famous places in agra. Food was super amazing, i had tried north indian for lunch (totally fresh and great in taste, chinese for snacks and buffet breakfast variety was superb. The stay is incomplete without a masala chai and i must tell you they have the best tea i ever had ! excellent and very friendly staff who were very helpful throughout the stay. I travel-led with a toddler and they did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Entertained all my request and requirements. I would say 10/10. They have a huge garden which well maintained and a cute puppet show as well which my kid enjoyed. Thank you. Will definitely visit again

We enjoyed the hospitality and personal attention by the g. M. And staff, as well as the f&b manager. The The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel has character and history and the rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel promoters are doing a great job to preserve this legacy food is average and needs improvement. Rooms need better maintenance. Overall a peaceful intersting stay in a property preserved with great effort and passion by the management

Property is good, located very near to taj mahal. Food was really very good. Only issue was they had wedding on the same day when were staying so we couldn’t use amenities like swimming pool or the garden area but staff was courteous, they gave us a bigger room when complained about noise due to wedding dj and music( since i was travel-ling with the child) also some rooms doesn’t have windows ( might be because it’s very old and constructed by britishers) therefore the rooms have stinky smell.

Stayed over the weekend on 23-10&24-10/21. Everything is good except the electric appliances in the room. Tv set top box & remote control wasn't working. Air conditioning remote wasn't working. Check out time is too early. The The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel wasn't willing to give us extra couple of hours. Inspite of the The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel being empty not a very customer friendly The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel.

We were pleased with the overall experience. We were welcome with a tilak & garland & welcome drink. Hotel's manager himself gave us a brief tour & talked about the history about likes of chacha nehru has even stayed at that place the room & building seems to have maintained its authentic vintage feel. Hotel staff was very cooperative & we were attended well in restaurant too. Its worth to experience this place, if one visits agra

The grand imperial is best The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel i stayed. At reasonable price rooms are big and antic. After opening room lawn and from window swimming pool view makes more beautiful. Every evening puppet show and classical dance also makes this The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel unique. The way they welcome you in The Grand Imperial - Grand Heritage Hotel that was nice, staff was very humble.

Receptionist was v cordial and helping; cleanliness and housekeeping was good; overall got good vibes. Prompt availability of cab and auto and assistance by security guard with huge moustache !

It was a good stay, but the rooms are not very modern.

It's a beautiful older building with great large rooms, well maintained, lovely gardens and pool. Good food in their restaurant and reasonable prices. Excellent service by all staff! highly recommended!

Fantastic hospitality. Super fast service! delicious food. Though only swimming pool was under renovation. Apart from that everything was just perfect!

Bful rooms neat and clean nice staff. One will get the feel of royalty with an ethnic and royal ambience. It was lovely to stay at the property. Highly recommended for the family couple kids one can enjoy and spend relaxing time at the property.
