Room Quality: The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed. The decor was tasteful, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, it's worth noting that the The Grand JPM offers only one type of room. 4. Food and Dining: Ordering food to your room is available, which is convenient for guests. While I didn't have the chance to dine at the The Grand JPM's restaurant, it's essential to check out their culinary offerings during your stay. 5. Lift Services: During my visit, the lift was under construction. If elevator services are crucial for you, I recommend checking with the The Grand JPM in advance to ensure they are operational. 6. I travel-led with my family. My 60+ parents and me. Booked this listing since it was very near to govindpuri metro station, at a walking distance of 5 min. I was pleased with the room service they provided. When we reached, i got to know the lift is not working, which was disappointing, since considering my parents age and also i had chatted with them before hand too, though they said they do have lift. They had the explanation for it like, the owner has just bought the place so things are not yet proper. We also faced the issue with geyser not working in bathroom but this was taken care by them the very same day. They fixed a new geyser. Still, only thing disappointing was the lift. Overall, it's a 4 star place.

I recently stayed at the grand j pm, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The The Grand JPM itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding staff. From the moment i arrived, the front desk team was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. The housekeeping team kept my room spotless and fresh every day, and any request i had was handled promptly and with a smile. Special mention to( jyoti, dhanajaya, chotu, mahesh who went the extra mile to make my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Jyoti behaviour is very polite most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Grand JPM. Everything about the The Grand JPM was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the futur

This was the second time, i stayed in this studio apartment booked on mmt. The process was very smooth from booking, checkin and check-out. The staff is ready to serve you at your doorstep at any point of time. Breakfast has a lot of options but i ate a combo of stuffed paratha with tea and fresh curd and bread butter combo. I had a 3 day stay at this wonderful property. Must recommend!

Three people were great in their service! one was an old man, a young woman whose timings were from the morning to the evening and one tall guy who helped me lock the door of my room. My only regret is that i was not able to stay for two more days and had to book another The Grand JPM downstairs, which was very bad both in terms of service and room quality.

This is my first experience with this The Grand JPM. It's amazing. I really appreciate all services and food is so nice. I specially thanks to jyoti who suggested me good option of food and any other. Rooms was really impressed. Staff behaviour was impressive excellent all services

The room was good. But, make sure you don't buy anything from them. They charged me rs. 103- for 750ml cold drink.

1. Quite place but it’s a residential place converted into The Grand JPM, so if someone makes noise in adjacent room (child crying) you will hear it quite clearly. 2. Bathroom needs to have exhaust fan. 3. Very cooperative staff 4. Good breakfast at affordable rate.

The The Grand JPM is just walking distance from the metro station. Behavior of the manager and stuffs was great. Ordering food from your room is also available. Overall it was a nice stay. Lift was under construction, so ask them before if you need lift services.

The experience is good. When you enter the building is under construction the The Grand JPM is at 3rd floor. The The Grand JPM is good, under budget and the condition of the rooms is nice.
