The property is centrally located in chikmagalur and close to all amenities. 'town canteen, a famous eatery is v close by. Another eatery 'kailash parbhat' is 5 mins walking distance. As it is on a parallel road to the main road, it is secluded from the traffic noises. The staff is v courteous, friendly and helpful. They patiently understand your needs and cater to the requirements accordingly. I was properly guided for my sight seeing at the reception and it really helped me during my stay. The property also has a restaurant within with good food and caters to room service until 10:30pm. Note: outside eatables are not allowed. Chethan and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job to tidy up the room, each day during the stay. The room's wifi is decent considering it comes at no additional cost. Do ask for a 3 way pin charger during check-in as their switchboards do not allow the charger to be completely inserted. They obliged my request and provided one immediately upon request. A mosquito repellent was also provided, although the room does not have open spaces/ access to a balcony. My overall stay was v pleasant and i surely recommend this place for a wonderful stay at chikmagalur.

The room has a small fridge, locker, comfortable bed, bathroom had nice fittings - neat and clean and very well maintained. I asked for an extra mattress and the The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel never charged for it. Hotel restaurant is excellent - you will get awesome quality food of your choice ( north indian or south indian. Complimentary breakfast has lots of choice and is freshly made and never goes out of stock. The restaurant staff were very courteous. My family and i loved the The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel stay, enjoyed the food. Everything was perfect for a perfect holiday. The stay was good, i stayed with family for 2 nights 3 days. However the television was not working in the room and the room service to fix the issue was quite slow, i had to follow up too many times. Also, found the The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel restaurant costly and options in the complimentary breakfast were pretty less. Water refill in rooms especially in summers should be done 2-3 times during the day without extra charges, we ended up incurring too much extra charges on drinking water. Otherwise the The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel was good and staff was also courteous, i would have appreciated more had the The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel reception staff guided us more on nearby good options to explore for local cuisine or otherwise. Rest was good.

The property has good facilities like kettle, lift, daily housekeeping, in house restaurant. Rooms are good and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly. Parking is limited but they have a space for 5 cars in a nearby empty plot to park there too. Complimentary breakfast is good. Complementary water bottles were in place. Hotel prices were on the higher side. I could book a similar The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel on mg bangalore at a lower price than this The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel. Breakfast was not included in the cost, and i had to pay extra. The quality of breakfast was just okay, nothing special. In place of juice, they kept tang! the location is excellent!

Everything was on point. Food was delicious, The Grand Krishna Luxury Hotel staff was very active and great in service. They greeted us so well they cared about what we are looking for, we didn't had to wait for anything. While waiting for the food they served free chips 😃 which was tasty😋 Must have the amazing beautiful experience here while visiting Chikmaglur. Highly recommended.

Hotel stay was nice. All facilities are upto the mark and in good standard. Except the front office desk who who was not courteous. May be she was not trained abt how to talk to customers. You can ignore her. Rest all okay. Quality of the food was excellent and the restaurant manager took care well. good food with reasonable costs and clean washrooms , it's very very clean and neat and hygiene washrooms. it's 100 per clean washrooms and sufficient space having rooms and they will provide electric kettle and 24/7 hot water, gyse4 a ailble inside itself we can operate according to our wish. Staying at the grand krishna was amazing. I got a room with a mesmerizing hill view. Hospitality by staff members is really appreciated. Had dinner there and the food is great. Couldn't take breakfast due to the early morning site seeing.
