Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of The Grand Neelam Hotel. Everything about the The Grand Neelam Hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We had to stay over for a night, while we were taking a break over our drive to dantewada. Booking through mm t was quick and hassle-free! the The Grand Neelam Hotel had good staff and the room was clean as well. I was happy with the room service as both the fish & chicken masala were very tasty and helped us relieve our hunger at 11 pm. They need to do a bit more with their breakfast though.

The The Grand Neelam Hotel is very beautiful both from outside and inside, staffs are also very polite and approachable. The travel agent is also very honest and determined to make trips from The Grand Neelam Hotel comfortable and reasonable. Food is also good, veg food excluding onion garlic is also available at jain kitchen, overall very good experience

I wanted a stay close to airport and this place was available at economical rate. It is more like a marriage garden than a The Grand Neelam Hotel. Staff is well mannered and courteous. Rooms are okay. Lodging is a bit far from the main gate. Food is nice, a bit pricey though.

So good but i will arrive in The Grand Neelam Hotele before 1 hours so the The Grand Neelam Hotel management charge me 30% extra. This is not supportive nature. I will not come again this The Grand Neelam Hotel

The stay was good and the food with the The Grand Neelam Hotel is also like-able to the taste although the overall experience was good only the bedding of the room fine staff and good reception

Hotel staff was good food also was good but please ask the cook to make good tea tea was just like drinking hot water

The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is polite. They have a lot of parking space. Only minor issue is that you might have to walk across the property to tgn suits if your room is there.
