Overall the The Grand Sarovar Inn and Suites was good but there was no electric kettle in the room and the amenities provided were also good but i did not get as much as i paid for in few points. I got everything on the 1st day but on the second day i did not get the amenities that should be provided daily and the room was also not properly cleaned.

The property is located in a prime location, just on the main road. The staff is very courteous. Mr. Him-mat singh supported my request to make a voucher for my booking as i couldn't come on same day. So i utilised it this time. Mr. Ganesh was very courteous and assisted me during the entire 1 week trip. Above that, the food is amazing and yummy. You cannot think of such an amazing menu in the middle of industrial area. Hope to visit soon

Beautiful stay here, The Grand Sarovar Inn and Suites staff is too polite and humble. No need to get meal from outside, restaurant is available in The Grand Sarovar Inn and Suites itself with sper tasty food. Always up to the marks and having great hospitality.

The The Grand Sarovar Inn and Suites is conveniently located near the industrial area. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Amenities provided include dental kits, combs, shaving kits, and more. Overall, the service is commendable.

All the things are good but the response which u received from the The Grand Sarovar Inn and Suites staff is too bad, when i called receptionist, he was just talking very rudely. Also the telephone service is not working in the room.

Breakfast was excellent. Amenities was also good. And their services was super fast. Need to provide disposable slippers.
