TV is not working, Room was neet and clean, good location in jodhpur city, journey with family good place

We didn't like this hotel. Very unhygienic, dirty and not maintained. Lift was also not working properly. I'm attaching the photographs of the property here. This hotel rent should be always less than 1000. The restaurant of this hotel has very good food. The breakfast served here was excellent.

We came here as group of seven families to celebrate the year end. There are many pros to list here which made our stay comfortable & memorable. Pros: 1) The Grand Siddharth offered great hospitality, 2) Food had good variety and was delicious as well. 3) Staff and housekeeping were very professional. 4) Rooms were quite clean. 5) Our kids enjoyed playing on the large grounds having good green cover of grass, these grounds are part of this property. Cons: 1) Electric kettle in each room was not available, though we could get hot water easily as many times as required from reception. But, it will be nice if they provide electric kettle for each room. 2) Would be nice if they add complimentary slippers as well. 3) We have facing door lock problem in 2 rooms.

Rooms are small as compared to pictures. no ventilation in bathroom. staff is also not cooperative.

Nightmare experience. I had visited with my kids and parents. From the exteriors it looks like a 3 star property. But as you enter be prepared for a nightmare. The hotel doesn’t have any reception. Once you reach you have to call the number given . A shabbily dressed person will come to take you to your room. Once you enter be prepared for the worst experience of your life. Cockroaches everywhere in the room, dirtiest and torn linens. Dust in the room everywhere. Very old bathroom fittings with stains. Although its a service apprtment you cannot use the utensils as they are so dirty. We had a early checkout and since we had lot of luggage trued contacting the same number but no one received the call and we had to get all our luggages down ourselves.

The property is badly managed. Cleanliness was pathetic. Rooms were smelly. Washroom were bad and unclean.

Very Bad Experience. No one to help for luggage. Beds were dirty. Totally stressed after check in. Dirty pillows, dirty blankets.

Main road property, Near to market, food Qwality is good, All staaf nature polite & Helpfull, room is clean
