Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The best thing i like is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior. I have stayed here 5 times and every time the staff n The Grand Sita lived up to my expectations also the welcome kit n hygiene is absolutely amazing. Thank u grand sita n staff for such a wonderful stay.

Loved the stay here. Found out on mmt and i would definitely recommend it for family or business. Staff is hospitable. The only flaw i found was that one item on my bill was wrongly mentioned and priced. I rectified it then and there. Otherwise great stay in gondia.
