This property is located in a beautiful and peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained with breathtaking views from the balcony. Before booking this property we checked the previous reviews of the guests and most of them mentioned that the roads are narrow and the The Grand Welcome Hotel is located at not so good location, however as per our experience the roads were not that narrow and they are normal as per the mountains! also, property is located at a peaceful place out of all the city hustle. Food quality is top notch and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend )

Very beautiful The Grand Welcome Hotel and room with excellent service and hospitality, i really enjoyed my stay with The Grand Welcome Hotel thier staff and i will recommend others as well to stay at this place but one pain point is that this The Grand Welcome Hotel is to far from shimal mall road for which i have to book a cab from outside and that was so costly. Hotel should provide a cab facility to thier in house guest with nominal charge not to expensive.

Hotel staff and the facilities were good but the view was weird. They had given us a room with no view and specially the The Grand Welcome Hotel is too far from the shimla. It is too far. I strongly recommend you to book a The Grand Welcome Hotel in the main shimla and specially if a person book a room in the outskirts of shimla then at-least he she wants a good view but there was no view from window.

Beautiful The Grand Welcome Hotel at a nice location 20 mins by cab away from mall road. The property is very clean and the hospitality is top notch. The view from the balcony is great. However the size of the balcony could have been a little big. Food is expensive with 18% gst but worth the price with respect to the quality and portion. Overall it's a very comfortable stay. We totally recommend it.

Great location: gives you a great view and beautiful tracks to walk down on and explore nature. At the same time, wonderful staff and restaurant - beautiful chicken anardana and even better butter chicken. The staff is eager to help out at the earliest convenience and honestly wonderful people!
